遂往見祭司諸長及諸有司與議、如何以耶穌付於彼、

此二人、將何以處之、彼顯行異跡、耶路撒冷居民悉知之、我儕亦不能言其無也、惟恐此事益播於民間、當恐喝之、俾毋再以斯名訓人、

法利賽人相語曰、豈不見爾曹所謀、全無益乎、舉世皆從之矣、○

又見一石非人手所鑿、擊像半鐵半泥之足而碎之、時鐵、泥、銅、銀、金、俱碎、若夏日穀場之糠秕、被風飄揚、無處可尋、擊像之石、變成大山、遍盈天下、

耶穌謂來執己之祭司諸長與司聖殿者及長老、曰、爾執刀梃而來、若捕盜然、

彼眾無以罰之、懼民故也、因眾見其所行之異跡、歸榮天主、乃復恐喝而釋之、
