耶稣说：“我就是道路、真理、生命，若不借着我，没有人能到父那里。

因为除了那已经奠定的根基——耶稣基督以外，没有人能另立根基。

信子的人有永生；不信子的人得不到永生，上帝的烈怒常在他身上。”

这见证就是：上帝已经把永恒的生命赐给我们，这生命在祂儿子里面。人有上帝的儿子，就有这生命；没有上帝的儿子，就没有这生命。

上帝只有一位，在上帝和人类之间只有一位中保，就是降世为人的基督耶稣。祂舍命作全人类的赎价，这在所定的时候已显明出来。

祂命令我们向世人传道，见证祂就是上帝指派来审判活人和死人的那位。所有先知也都为祂做见证说，‘谁信祂，谁的罪就能借着祂的名得到赦免。’”

人们要奉祂的名传扬悔改、赦罪的福音，从耶路撒冷一直传遍万国。

她将生一个儿子，你要给祂取名叫耶稣，因为祂要把自己的子民从罪恶中救出来。”

耶稣又对他们说：“你们要到世界各地去，向全人类传扬福音。相信并接受洗礼的人必定得救，不肯相信的人必被定罪。

名字没有记在生命册上的都要被扔进火湖里。

后来我又看见一大群人，多得不可胜数。他们来自各国家、各部落、各民族、各语言族群，身穿白袍，手拿棕树枝，站在宝座和羔羊面前，大声呼喊说：“救恩来自我们坐在宝座上的上帝，也来自羔羊！”

我们若忽略了这么大的救恩，怎能逃避惩罚呢？这救恩首先由主亲口宣讲出来，后来由听见的人向我们证实了。

你们必须谨慎，切勿拒绝对你们说话的上帝。因为以色列人违背了在地上警戒他们的人，尚且逃脱不了惩罚，何况我们违背从天上警戒我们的上帝呢？

我要使你的名世代受尊崇，万民必永远称谢你。

只是你们必须恒心持守所信的道，根基稳固，坚定不移，不要失去你们听到福音后所得到的盼望。这福音传给了天下万民。我保罗也做了这福音的使者。

谁给过我什么，要我偿还？天下万物都是我的。

水势越来越大，把天下各处的高山都淹没了。

当时耶路撒冷住着从各国回来的虔诚的犹太人。
