may it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, this man stands here before you whole in him.

則爾眾與以色列諸民、宜知斯人得愈、立於爾前、乃因拿撒勒耶穌基督之名、即爾所釘於十架、而上帝自死而起者也、

則爾曹與以色列民、當知拿撒勒耶穌基督、爾釘之十字架、上帝所復生者、即以其名、使此人得愈、立於爾前、

則爾眾與以色列民、當知拿撒勒耶穌基督、爾釘之十字架、天主所復活者、即以其名、使此人得愈、立於爾前、

則爾與義塞民當知納匝勒人耶穌基督、即爾曹所釘於十字架者、天主已賜以復活。此人之所以能獲康復而挺立於爾前者、賴耶穌之名也。

then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.

Then listen to this, you and all the people of Israel! You nailed Jesus Christ of Nazareth to the cross. But God raised him from the dead. It is through Jesus’ name that this man stands healed in front of you.

let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead— by him this man is standing before you well.

Let me clearly state to all of you and to all the people of Israel that he was healed by the powerful name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, the man you crucified but whom God raised from the dead.

let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified and whom God raised from the dead— by him this man is standing here before you healthy.

saying,“ Sir, we remember what that deceiver said while he was still alive:‘ After three days I will rise again.’Command therefore that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest perhaps his disciples come at night and steal him away, and tell the people,‘ He is risen from the dead;’ and the last deception will be worse than the first.”Pilate said to them,“ You have a guard. Go, make it as secure as you can.”So they went with the guard and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone.

But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up.”

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up, and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had determined to release him.But you denied the Holy and Righteous One and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, to which we are witnesses.By faith in his name, his name has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which is through him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

“ Yahweh has spoken concerning you, remnant of Judah,‘ Don’t go into Egypt!’ Know certainly that I have testified to you today.For you have dealt deceitfully against your own souls; for you sent me to Yahweh your God, saying,‘ Pray for us to Yahweh our God; and according to all that Yahweh our God says, so declare to us, and we will do it.’

who was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord,

“ Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him among you, even as you yourselves know,him, being delivered up by the determined counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by the hand of lawless men, crucified and killed;whom God raised up, having freed him from the agony of death, because it was not possible that he should be held by it.

God raised him up the third day, and gave him to be revealed,not to all the people, but to witnesses who were chosen before by God, to us, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead.He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that this is he who is appointed by God as the Judge of the living and the dead.

But Peter and the apostles answered,“ We must obey God rather than men.The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed, hanging him on a tree.God exalted him with his right hand to be a Prince and a Savior, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins.We are his witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.”

“ Be it known therefore to you, that the salvation of God is sent to the nations, and they will listen.”

When they had fulfilled all things that were written about him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a tomb.But God raised him from the dead,and he was seen for many days by those who came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses to the people.We bring you good news of the promise made to the fathers,that God has fulfilled this to us, their children, in that he raised up Jesus. As it is also written in the second psalm,‘ You are my Son. Today I have become your father.’“ Concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he has spoken thus:‘ I will give you the holy and sure blessings of David.’Therefore he says also in another psalm,‘ You will not allow your Holy One to see decay.’For David, after he had in his own generation served the counsel of God, fell asleep, was laid with his fathers, and saw decay.But he whom God raised up saw no decay.Be it known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man is proclaimed to you remission of sins,and by him everyone who believes is justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.Beware therefore, lest that come on you which is spoken in the prophets:‘ Behold, you scoffers, and wonder, and perish; for I work a work in your days, a work which you will in no way believe, if one declares it to you.’”

Now while they were going, behold, some of the guards came into the city, and told the chief priests all the things that had happened.When they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave a large amount of silver to the soldiers,saying,“ Say that his disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.If this comes to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him and make you free of worry.”So they took the money and did as they were told. This saying was spread abroad among the Jews, and continues until today.
