They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus.

保罗进了会堂，放胆传道，一连三个月讲论并劝导人相信那些有关神国的事。

保罗照习惯进了会堂，一连三个安息日，引用经文向他们讲论，讲解并说明基督必须受难，然后从死人中复活，并且说：“我传给你们的这位耶稣，就是基督。”

基督不是必须这样受难，然后才进入他的荣耀吗？”于是耶稣从摩西和所有的先知开始，向他们解释了经上一切关于自己的话。

然而我蒙了从神而来的帮助，直到今天仍能站立得住，不但向卑微的，还向尊贵的做见证。我所讲的，不外乎先知们和摩西所说的那些将要成就的事，就是基督要受难，要成为第一个从死人中复活的人，要把光传给这子民和外邦人。”

因为他当众强有力地驳倒犹太人，用经文证明耶稣是基督。

耶稣对他们说：“这就是我还与你们在一起的时候，对你们说过的话：摩西的律法、先知书和诗篇上所记的有关我的一切事，都必须应验。”

腓利就开口，从这一段经文开始，向他传讲耶稣的福音。

现在我站在这里受审，是因为盼望神已经赐给我们祖先的那应许。

有一个名叫犹图克斯的年轻人坐在窗台上，陷入了沉睡。保罗又讲论了很久，犹图克斯在沉睡中从三楼掉了下去，被扶起来的时候，已经死了。保罗下去，伏在他身上，抱着他说：“不要慌乱，他的灵魂还在身上！”保罗再上去，掰饼吃了，又交谈了许久，直到天亮才出发。

耶稣对他们说：“我的食物就是遵行那派我来者的旨意，并且完成他的工作。

每逢安息日，保罗就在会堂里讲论，劝导犹太人和希腊人。
