此諾言亦即吾族十二支派晝夜事主、切望獲得者也。王乎、予茲為猶太人所控者、為此希望而已。

这应许，我们十二个支派，昼夜切切地侍奉神，都指望得着。王啊，我被犹太人控告，就是因这指望。

为了那应许，我们十二个支派日夜热切地事奉神，盼望得到它。王啊，我被犹太人控告，就是为了这盼望。

為了那應許，我們十二個支派日夜熱切地事奉神，盼望得到它。王啊，我被猶太人控告，就是為了這盼望。

我十二支、日夜殷勤崇事、亦望獲此許耳、王乎、我為此望、為猶太人所訟、

且我十二支派、日夜殷勤從事、亦望獲所許耳、亞基帕王歟、我望此、乃為猶太人所訟、

且我十二支派、日夜殷勤事主、亦望得此所許者、亞基帕王、我為此望、而被猶太人所訟、

This is the promise our twelve tribes are hoping to see fulfilled as they earnestly serve God day and night. King Agrippa, it is because of this hope that these Jews are accusing me.

It is the promise that our 12 tribes are hoping to see come true. Because of this hope they serve God with faithful and honest hearts day and night. King Agrippa, it is also because of this hope that these Jews are bringing charges against me.

to which our twelve tribes hope to attain, as they earnestly worship night and day. And for this hope I am accused by Jews, O king!

In fact, that is why the twelve tribes of Israel zealously worship God night and day, and they share the same hope I have. Yet, Your Majesty, they accuse me for having this hope!

天主及吾主耶穌基督之僕雅各伯、致書於僑居外邦之十二支派曰：願爾康樂。

耶穌曰：『吾實語爾、爾曹從我者、至復活時、人子坐於榮座、爾曹亦必坐於十二寶座、審判義塞十二支派。

惟日夜祈求、賜與爾重見、以增補爾之信德耳

使爾得於吾國之中、飲食於吾席之上、且升坐寶位、以判義塞十二支派。

寡婦守節、而一無倚靠者、必能一心仰望天主、恆常祈禱、不舍晝夜。

俾成自死者中復活之望。

聞義塞各支子孫之受印誌者、其總數為十四萬四千人、計開：屬猶太支者、一萬二千名；屬路本支者、一萬二千名；屬加德支者、一萬二千名；屬亞塞爾支者、一萬二千名；屬挪夫達利支者、一萬二千名；屬瑪納瑟支者、一萬二千名；屬西默翁支者、一萬二千名；屬理味支者一萬二千名；屬意撒加爾支者、一萬二千名；屬匝布隆支者、一萬二千名；屬若瑟支者、一萬二千名；屬伯雅明支者、一萬二千名。

時都中有寅恪之士、名西默翁、平生殷望義塞之慰藉聖神恆與之偕、

如望乃召二弟子、使往詢耶穌曰：『汝其為將臨者乎？抑吾人別有所待耶？』二人至、叩耶穌曰：『施洗者如望、遣我問汝、汝其為將臨者、抑吾人別有所待？』

又有先知亞納者、屬亞瑟枝派、法孥阨之女也；自童身後、與夫同居七載、遂守寡至今、年已八十有四歲矣；平生不離聖殿、朝暮嚴齋祈禱。至是亦趨前讚主、並對都中盼望救贖之人、講述此子。

肅肅守主宅。雍雍立主庭。

是宜恆懷警惕、念我三年來不舍晝夜含淚訓爾之情。
