你們卻羞辱貧窮的人。欺壓你們，拉你們到公堂去的，不就是這些富有的人嗎？

到迦流作亞該亞省長的時候，猶太人齊心起來攻擊保羅，拉他到法庭，說：「這個人教唆人不按着律法敬拜上帝。」保羅剛要開口，迦流對猶太人說：「你們這些猶太人哪！如果是為冤枉或奸惡的事，我理當耐性聽你們。既然你們所爭論的是關乎用字、名目和你們的律法，你們自己去辦吧！這樣的事我不願意審問。」於是，他把他們逐出法庭。眾人就揪住會堂的主管所提尼，在法庭前打他。這些事迦流都不管。
