After receiving the commander’s permission, Paul stood on the steps and motioned to the crowd. When they were all silent, he said to them in Aramaic:

在耶路撒冷的羊門附近有一個池子，希伯來語叫做「貝示達」，那裡有五道柱廊。

保羅到了臺階上的時候，由於人群凶猛，士兵們只好把他抬起來走。

在耶穌的上方有一個牌子：「這是猶太人的王。」

彼拉多聽了這話，就把耶穌帶到外面，並在一個叫「鋪石臺」的地方坐上了審判席。「鋪石臺」希伯來語叫做「伽巴達」。

在那些日子裡，門徒增多。說希臘語的猶太人抱怨那些說希伯來語的猶太人，因為他們的寡婦在每日的服事上被忽略了。

保羅就站起來，揮一下手，說：「各位以色列人和敬畏神的人，請聽！

耶穌自己背著十字架出來，前往一個叫「骷髏地」的地方，希伯來語叫做「各各他」。

許多猶太人都讀了這牌子，因為耶穌被釘十字架的地方離城不遠，而且牌子是用希伯來文、拉丁文、希臘文寫的。

有一個王統管牠們，就是那無底坑的使者；他的名字，希伯來語是「阿巴頓」，按希臘語的名字是「阿波倫」。

於是，那些鬼魔的靈把眾君王都召集到一個地方；希伯來語叫做「哈米吉多頓」。

猶太人把亞歷山大推到前面的時候，人群中有些人要他說話。亞歷山大就揮一下手，想要對民眾申辯。
