但那些不肯信從的猶太人嫉妒了，就招聚一些市井無賴，成群結夥，擾亂城市。他們闖進耶森的家，搜尋保羅和賽拉斯，要把他們帶到民眾那裡。

關於今天的事，本來沒有正當的理由，我們實際上就有被控告為暴亂的危險。我們無法對這次騷動做出交代。」

因為菲利克斯比較詳盡地了解這道，就推託他們，說：「等千夫長呂西亞下來，我再審斷有關你們的事。」
