当天晚上，即周日晚上，门徒因为害怕犹太人，把房门都关上了。忽然，耶稣来了，站在他们当中，对他们说：“愿你们平安！”

每逢周日，各人应按照自己的收入抽出一部分留起来，免得我到的时候才现凑。

保罗说完就回到楼上，与大家一同掰饼、用餐，又谈了很久，直到天亮才离去。

他们都一心遵守使徒的教导，一起团契、掰饼、祷告。

周日清晨，天还未亮，抹大拉的玛丽亚就来到坟墓前，发现封住墓口的石头已经挪开了。

主日，我被圣灵感动，听见身后有号角般响亮的声音说：

二人也把路上发生的事以及掰饼时认出主的经过述说了一遍。

有个名叫犹推古的青年坐在窗台上听道。保罗讲了许久，犹推古不胜困倦睡着了，竟从三楼掉了下去。别人将他抱起来时，他已经死了。

但靠着上帝的恩典，我成了今天的我，祂赐给我的恩典没有枉费。我比其他人更加卖力，不过我不是靠自己，而是上帝的恩典与我同在。

领圣餐时，我们为那福杯献上感谢，这不表示我们有份于基督的血吗？我们吃掰开的饼，这不表示我们有份于基督的身体吗？

接着，祂拿起饼来，祝谢后，掰开递给他们，说：“这是我为你们牺牲的身体，你们今后也要这样做，以纪念我。”

于是，他们和保罗约定了会面的日期。那一天，很多人来到保罗住的地方。从早到晚，保罗向他们传扬上帝国的道，引用摩西律法和先知书劝他们相信有关耶稣的事。

他们站在自己的地方，宣读他们上帝耶和华的律法书，长达三个小时。他们又用了三个小时认罪，敬拜他们的上帝耶和华。

所以你们一定要警醒，牢记这三年来我怎样昼夜不住地流着泪劝诫你们。

现在我有话要吩咐你们，不是称赞你们，因为你们聚会不但无益，反而有害。首先，我听说你们在聚会的时候拉帮结派，我相信这些话有几分真实。你们中间必然会有分裂的事，好显出谁是经得起考验的。你们聚会的时候，不是在吃主的晚餐。因为你们进餐的时候，各人只顾吃自己的，结果有些人挨饿，有些人醉酒。难道你们不可以在家里吃喝吗？还是你们轻看上帝的教会，存心羞辱那些贫穷的弟兄姊妹呢？我该说什么呢？称赞你们吗？不可能！我把从主领受的传给了你们，就是：主耶稣被出卖的那天晚上，祂拿起一个饼来，向上帝祝谢后掰开，说，“这是我的身体，是为你们掰开的，你们要这样做，为的是纪念我。”晚餐后，祂又照样拿起杯来，说，“这杯是用我的血立的新约。你们每逢喝的时候，要这样做，为的是纪念我。”所以，每当你们吃这饼、喝这杯的时候，就是宣告主的死，一直到主再来。因此，无论是谁，若以不正确的心态吃主的饼、喝主的杯，就是得罪主的身体和主的血。所以，人要先自我省察，才可以吃这饼喝这杯。因为守圣餐的时候，若有人随便吃喝，忘记了这是主的身体，他就是自招审判。正因如此，你们当中有许多人身体软弱，疾病缠身，死亡的也不少。如果我们先自我省察，就不会遭受审判了。主审判我们，是对我们的管教，免得我们和世人一同被定罪。因此，我的弟兄姊妹，当你们吃圣餐时，要彼此等候。如果有人饥饿，可以在家中先吃，免得你们聚会的时候自招审判。至于其余的事，等我到了以后再安排。

面向水门前的广场，从清早到正午一直向他们宣读律法书，人们都侧耳倾听。

过了八天，门徒又聚在一起，多马也在，门都关着。突然耶稣来了，站在他们当中说：“愿你们平安！”

他们天天同心合意地聚集在圣殿里敬拜上帝，又在各人家中掰饼聚会，以欢喜、慷慨的心分享食物，

耶稣在周日清晨复活后，首先向抹大拉的玛丽亚显现，耶稣曾在她身上赶出七个鬼。

无论时机好坏，都要坚持传道，以百般的忍耐和教导督责人，警戒人，勉励人。
