忽有聲來自天上、若大風之驟至、充乎全室；

Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.

祈求完了、他們聚集的地方都搖動了；眾人都充滿着聖靈，放膽無懼講上帝之道。

永恆主說：『你出來站在山上、在永恆主面前。』那時、永恆主正從那裏經過；在永恆主面前有大而強烈的風，裂山碎巖，永恆主卻不在風之中；風過後有地震，永恆主卻不在地震之中；

他騎着基路伯而飛行，憑風的翅膀突飛猛攫。

風隨意地吹，你聽見它的響聲，卻不知道它從哪裏來，往哪裏去；凡由靈生的、就是這樣。』

大約在半夜裏，保羅和西拉直禱告唱詩頌讚上帝，囚犯們直注意聽着。驀然間起了大地震，甚至監獄的根基都搖動了，所有的門立時開了，大家的鎖鍊也都鬆掉了。

那時他們還未呼求，我就應了；他們還在說話，我就垂聽了。

那時靈將我舉了起來；當永恆主的榮耀從它的所在升起的時候，我就聽見在我後面有大震動轟轟的響聲。又聽見有活物翅膀彼此接觸的響聲，有跟活物在一道的輪子的響聲，就是大震動轟轟的響聲。

主對我說：『你要向風傳神言，人子啊，你要傳神言，對風說：主永恆主這麼說：氣息啊，要從四面的風而來，吹在這些被殺的人身上，使他們活起來。』於是我照主所吩咐我的來傳神言，氣息就進入骸骨裏面，骸骨便活了起來，並且站起來，成了極大極大的軍隊。

北風啊，吹起哦！南風啊，吹來哦！使我的園子噴發出香氣，使它的馨香飄出來哦！願我的愛人進入他自己的園子，喫他自己極佳美的果子。

『看吧，我將要差遣我的使者在我前面豫備道路；你們所尋求的主必忽然進入他的殿堂；你們所愛慕的、盟約的使者、看哪，他快來了！萬軍之永恆主說。
