恆侍門側、聽我教訓者、永受綏祉。

加以訓誨、使服爾律例、彼妄自誇大、不從爾命、爾之法度、遵之者則得生、彼故犯之、強項難馴、背命不聽。

禽獸無知、為人獲而屠、偽師如之、訕謗其所不知、必受惡報而沉淪、

日月未逝、宜及時相勸勉、恐迷於罪、而剛愎自用、

彼譏上帝之使、藐視其命、侮其先知、干耶和華震怒、不復援手、

偽師訕謗其所不知、而用其私智、入於邪僻、與禽獸無異、

上帝曰至於今日、爾願聽從吾言、不剛愎乃心、如昔民之觝觸我、試我於野兮、

蓋矜恤人者惟上帝、聽人剛愎者、亦惟上帝、

其人壞心術、滅真理、惟尚虛談、謂敬虔足以邀利、如此者、爾當遠之、

遇即攜至安提阿集會中一年、所訓者眾、門徒稱宗基督者、自安提阿始也、○

斯民弗聽、強項不馴、不信其上帝耶和華、與列祖無異。

姑聽之、彼乃瞽相瞽者、以瞽相瞽、二者互陷於坑矣、

爾不傾耳以聽、仍強厥項、較祖尤甚。

曾窘逐斯道之人、欲死之、無論男女、繫解於獄、

我願聞爾所見若何、蓋論此教、我知其隨在彼誚矣、

有敬虔之名、無敬虔之實、若此者、當遠之、

萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、斯邑及四周之民、強項不從我言、故所言之災、必降其身。

當時之民、即我列祖、妄自矜詡、強項不馴、不聽從爾命、不追念爾所行之異跡、倔強猶昔、背爾立牧、歸於服役之地、乃爾特加赦宥、仁慈矜憫、恆忍施恩、不棄斯民。
