堅固門徒們的心，鼓勵他們持守信仰，說：「我們進入神的國，必須經過很多患難。」

聖靈既然阻止他們在亞細亞省傳講福音，他們就走遍弗里吉亞和加拉太地區。

猶大和賽拉斯自己也是做先知傳道的。他們用很多話鼓勵弟兄們，堅固他們。

保羅走遍敘利亞省和奇里乞亞省，堅固各教會。

弟兄們，我們勸你們：要勸誡懶散的人，安慰膽怯的人，扶助軟弱的人，對所有的人都要恆久忍耐。

因此，你們要把發軟的手、發痠的腿伸直吧！也要為你們的腳把道路修直，好使瘸腿的不至扭腳，反得痊癒。

你們要堅固發軟的手，穩固軟弱的膝；要對那些心裡驚慌的人說：「你們要堅強，不要害怕。看哪，你們的神！他的報復將到——他所施行的報應將到；他必親自來拯救你們。」

保羅和賽拉斯出了監獄，就到莉迪婭家裡去，見了弟兄們，鼓勵他們一番，然後離開了。

所以，你們當用這些話彼此鼓勵。

並派了我們的弟兄——在基督的福音工作上的神的同工提摩太，好在信仰上堅固你們、鼓勵你們，

我和所有與我在一起的弟兄致加拉太的各教會：

雖然我的身體對你們是個試煉，但你們並沒有藐視我，也沒有唾棄我，反而接受我如同接受神的使者、如同接受基督耶穌。

但是，我已經為你祈求，使你不失去信仰。所以當你回轉過來的時候，要堅固你的弟兄們。」

至於我，我在米底亞人大流士元年，曾起來作米迦勒的扶持者和保障。

關於為聖徒收集的事，我從前怎樣吩咐加拉太的各教會，你們也當照樣做：

有一位天使從天上向他顯現，加添他的力量。
