She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit,“ In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her.

This went on day after day until Paul got so exasperated that he turned and said to the demon within her,“ I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And instantly it left her.

She did this for many days. Paul was greatly annoyed. Turning to the spirit, he said,“ I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!” And it came out right away.

She continued to do this for many days. But Paul became greatly annoyed, and turned and said to the spirit,“ I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!” And it came out of her at once.

必有神蹟隨著信我的人，他們能奉我的名趕鬼，說新的方言，

耶穌醫好了許多患各種疾病的人，又趕出很多鬼。祂不准鬼說話，因為鬼認識祂。

七十個門徒興高采烈地回來說：「主啊，我們奉你的名行事，甚至降服了鬼魔。」耶穌回答說：「我看見撒旦像閃電一樣從天上墜下。我已經給你們權柄，使你們能踐踏蛇和蠍子，勝過仇敵的權勢，沒有什麼能傷害你們。

耶穌看見人群都跑了過來，就斥責那污鬼：「你這個聾啞鬼，我命令你從他身上出來，不許再進去！」那鬼發出喊叫，使孩子劇烈地抽搐了一陣，就出來了。孩子躺在地上一動也不動，大家都以為他死了。

彼得說：「金子、銀子我都沒有，但是我把我有的給你。我奉拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名，命令你起來行走！」

甚至只要將保羅身上的手帕或圍裙放在病人身上，病人就痊癒了，邪靈也會離開所附的人。那時，有幾個走江湖的猶太術士也想用耶穌的名趕鬼，他們向那些被邪靈附身的人說：「我奉保羅所傳講的耶穌之名，命令你們出來！」做這事的有猶太祭司長士基瓦的七個兒子。邪靈回答說：「耶穌，我認識；保羅，我也知道。但你們是誰？」被邪靈附身的人隨即撲向他們，攻擊他們，制伏了他們，使他們赤著身子帶著傷從屋裡逃走了。全以弗所的猶太人和希臘人知道了這件事，都驚懼不已。主耶穌的名因此大受尊崇。

打敗了一切在靈界執政、掌權的邪惡勢力，用基督在十字架上的勝利公開羞辱牠們。

耶穌召集了十二個使徒，賜他們能力和權柄可以醫病趕鬼，

耶穌責備牠說：「住口，從他身上出來！」污鬼使那人抽搐了一陣，大叫一聲，就出來了。

城外宙斯廟的祭司也牽著牛、拿著花環來到城門口，要和眾人一同向使徒獻祭。巴拿巴和保羅見此情形，就撕裂衣服，衝進人群中，大聲喊著說：「各位，你們為什麼這樣做？我們和你們一樣只是凡人！我們來這裡是要向你們傳福音，叫你們離棄這些虛妄的事，轉向那創造天、地、海和其中萬物的永活上帝。

彼得對他說：「以尼雅，耶穌基督已經醫好你了，起來收拾你的墊子吧！」他立刻應聲而起。
