Some time later Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us go back and visit the believers in all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.”

过了几天，保罗对巴拿巴说：“来，让我们回到我们传过主福音的每一个城，探望弟兄们，看看他们的情况怎么样。”

過了些日子，保羅對巴拿巴說；『我們總要回到從前傳布主道的各城去、看望看望弟兄們。』

過了幾天，保羅對巴拿巴說：「來，讓我們回到我們傳過主福音的每一個城，探望弟兄們，看看他們的情況怎麼樣。」

越數日、保羅謂巴拿巴曰、我儕且復往昔宣主道諸邑、視兄弟何如、

越數日、保羅謂巴拿巴曰、吾儕當復往昔傳主道諸邑、顧我兄弟何如、

越數日、保羅謂巴拿巴曰、我儕當復往我昔傳主道之諸邑、探視我兄弟何如、

越日、葆樂語巴拿巴曰：『茲當復返昔傳主道諸邑、探視同人、以識近狀。』

Some time later Paul spoke to Barnabas.“ Let’s go back to all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord,” he said.“ Let’s visit the believers and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us return and visit the brothers in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

After some time Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit each city where we previously preached the word of the Lord, to see how the new believers are doing.”

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers and sisters in every town where we have preached the word of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers and sisters in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they fare.

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord,[ and see] how they do.

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers in every town where we proclaimed the word of the Lord to see how they are doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return now and visit our brothers in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, to see how they are doing.”

From Paphos, Paul and his companions sailed to Perga in Pamphylia, where John left them to return to Jerusalem.From Perga they went on to Pisidian Antioch. On the Sabbath they entered the synagogue and sat down.

But they found out about it and fled to the Lycaonian cities of Lystra and Derbe and to the surrounding country,

The two of them, sent on their way by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia and sailed from there to Cyprus.

So they shook the dust off their feet as a warning to them and went to Iconium.

After going through Pisidia, they came into Pamphylia,and when they had preached the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia.

Night and day we pray most earnestly that we may see you again and supply what is lacking in your faith.Now may our God and Father himself and our Lord Jesus clear the way for us to come to you.

At Iconium Paul and Barnabas went as usual into the Jewish synagogue. There they spoke so effectively that a great number of Jews and Greeks believed.

They preached the gospel in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch,

“ When Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his own people, the Israelites.

Recalling your tears, I long to see you, so that I may be filled with joy.

I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel

I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

But Timothy has just now come to us from you and has brought good news about your faith and love. He has told us that you always have pleasant memories of us and that you long to see us, just as we also long to see you.

Then Moses went back to Jethro his father- in- law and said to him,“ Let me return to my own people in Egypt to see if any of them are still alive.” Jethro said,“ Go, and I wish you well.”

Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches.

I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong—

Therefore this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says to the shepherds who tend my people:“ Because you have scattered my flock and driven them away and have not bestowed care on them, I will bestow punishment on you for the evil you have done,” declares the Lord.

But, brothers and sisters, when we were orphaned by being separated from you for a short time( in person, not in thought), out of our intense longing we made every effort to see you.For we wanted to come to you— certainly I, Paul, did, again and again— but Satan blocked our way.
