Some time later Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us go back and visit the believers in all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.”

Some time later Paul spoke to Barnabas.“ Let’s go back to all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord,” he said.“ Let’s visit the believers and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us return and visit the brothers in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

After some time Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit each city where we previously preached the word of the Lord, to see how the new believers are doing.”

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers and sisters in every town where we have preached the word of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers and sisters in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they fare.

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord,[ and see] how they do.

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers in every town where we proclaimed the word of the Lord to see how they are doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return now and visit our brothers in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, to see how they are doing.”

保罗一行从帕福斯起航，来到潘菲利亚省的佩尔格。约翰马可却离开他们，回耶路撒冷去了。他们从佩尔格往前行，来到皮西迪亚地区的安提阿，在安息日那天，就进了会堂坐下。

两个人知道了，就逃往利考尼亚地区的路司得和代尔贝两个城以及周围地区，

这样，他们两个人受圣灵的差遣，就下到塞琉西亚，又从那里坐船前往塞浦路斯岛，

两个人对着他们跺掉脚上的尘土，往以哥念去了。

两个人经过皮西迪亚地区，来到潘菲利亚省，在佩尔格传了道，就下到阿塔利亚，

我们日夜迫切祈求，要见你们的面，并且要补全你们在信仰上的缺欠。愿神我们的父和我们的主耶稣，亲自引导我们的道路到你们那里去。

有一次在以哥念，保罗和巴拿巴同样进了犹太人的会堂讲道，结果有一大群犹太人和希腊人信了。

保罗和巴拿巴在代尔贝城传了福音，使许多人成为门徒以后，回到路司得、以哥念、安提阿，

“当他满四十岁的时候，心里决定要去探望自己的同胞以色列子民。

每当想起你的泪水，我就切切地想去见你，好让我的喜乐得以满足。

我衣不蔽体，你们给我穿；我患了病，你们照顾我；我在监狱里，你们探望我。’

只是你们行事为人要配得上基督的福音，好让我无论是来见你们，还是不在你们那里的时候，都可以听到有关你们的事，就是你们怀有一个心志站立得稳，同心合意地为福音的信仰一起奋战；

我在异乡时，你们没有收留我；我衣不蔽体，你们没有给我穿；我患了病、在监狱里，你们没有照顾我。’

但是，现在提摩太从你们那里来到我们这里，带来了你们信仰和爱心的好消息，并且说你们总是对我们怀着美好的记忆，切切地想见到我们，就像我们也渴望见到你们那样。

除了这些外在的事，还有对各教会的挂虑，天天压在我身上。

因为我切切地想见到你们，好把一些属灵的恩赐分给你们，使你们得以坚固。

弟兄们，我们被迫暂时与你们分离——身体分离，心却没有；我们非常渴望并且更加努力要见你们的面，所以我们想要到你们那里去。我保罗确实一再地要去，只是撒旦拦阻了我们。
