Therefore if God gave them the same gift as he also gave us after believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to hinder God?”

神既然给他们恩赐，像在我们信主耶稣基督的时候给了我们一样；我是谁，能拦阻神呢？”

既然上帝给他们恩赐，像在我们信主耶稣基督的时候给了我们一样，我是谁，能拦阻上帝吗？”

既然神给他们恩赐，像在我们信主耶稣基督的时候给了我们一样，我是谁，能拦阻神吗？”

既然上帝给他们恩赐，就如我们信主耶稣基督时给我们一样，我是谁，怎能拦阻上帝？”

神既然把同样的恩赐（“恩赐”或译：“恩赏”）给他们，像给我们这些信了主耶稣基督的人一样，我是谁，我能够阻止神吗？”

因此，神如果给了他们这相同的恩赐，就像在我们信靠主耶稣基督的时候也给了我们一样，那么，我是谁呢？难道能拦阻神吗？”

神既然給他們恩賜，像在我們信主耶穌基督的時候給了我們一樣；我是誰，能攔阻神呢？」

既然上帝給他們恩賜，像在我們信主耶穌基督的時候給了我們一樣，我是誰，能攔阻上帝嗎？」

既然神給他們恩賜，像在我們信主耶穌基督的時候給了我們一樣，我是誰，能攔阻神嗎？」

既然上帝給他們恩賜，就如我們信主耶穌基督時給我們一樣，我是誰，怎能攔阻上帝？」

神既然把同樣的恩賜（“恩賜”或譯：“恩賞”）給他們，像給我們這些信了主耶穌基督的人一樣，我是誰，我能夠阻止神嗎？”

這樣，上帝既然將相同之白白的恩給了他們，像我們信服主耶穌基督的時候給了我們一樣，我是誰，能攔阻上帝麼？』

因此，神如果給了他們這相同的恩賜，就像在我們信靠主耶穌基督的時候也給了我們一樣，那麼，我是誰呢？難道能攔阻神嗎？」

夫上帝既以恩賜予之、一如我儕在信主耶穌基督之時、我何人斯、能阻上帝耶、

是上帝賜異邦人、無異於賜我信主耶穌基督者、則我何人斯、能阻上帝耶、

天主既賜異邦人、與賜我儕信耶穌基督者無異、我何人、能阻天主乎、

夫天主既賜以靈賦、與吾儕信主耶穌基督時無異、予何人斯、能阻天主。』

So if God gave them the same gift he gave us who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to think that I could stand in God’s way?”

God gave them the same gift he gave those of us who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ. So who was I to think that I could stand in God’s way?”

If then God gave the same gift to them as he gave to us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way?”

And since God gave these Gentiles the same gift he gave us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to stand in God’s way?”

If, then, God gave them the same gift that he also gave to us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, how could I possibly hinder God?”

Therefore, if God gave them the same gift as He also gave to us after believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way?”

If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?”

If then God gave unto them the like gift as he did also unto us, when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I, that I could withstand God?

Therefore, if God gave them the same gift that He also gave to us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, how could I possibly hinder God?”

Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as[ he did] unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

If then God gave to them the same gift as us, when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I, that I could withstand God?”

“ No one can withhold the water for these people to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?”

If he snatches away, who can turn him back? Who dares to say to him,‘ What are you doing?’God does not restrain his anger; under him the helpers of Rahab lie crushed.“ How much less, then, can I answer him and choose my words to argue with him!

Why do you contend against him, that he does not answer all a person’s words?

And God, who knows the heart, has testified to them by giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us,and he made no distinction between them and us, cleansing their hearts by faith.

But who indeed are you– a mere human being– to talk back to God? Does what is molded say to the molder,“ Why have you made me like this?”Has the potter no right to make from the same lump of clay one vessel for special use and another for ordinary use?But what if God, willing to demonstrate his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience the objects of wrath prepared for destruction?And what if he is willing to make known the wealth of his glory on the objects of mercy that he has prepared beforehand for glory–even us, whom he has called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?As he also says in Hosea:“ I will call those who were not my people,‘ My people,’ and I will call her who was unloved,‘ My beloved.’”“ And in the very place where it was said to them,‘ You are not my people,’ there they will be called‘ sons of the living God.’”

Take what is yours and go. I want to give to this last man the same as I gave to you.Am I not permitted to do what I want with what belongs to me? Or are you envious because I am generous?’

“ Will the one who contends with the Almighty correct him? Let the person who accuses God give him an answer!”

For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?Or who has first given to God, that God needs to repay him?For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever! Amen.

Then as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them just as he did on us at the beginning.

but if it is from God, you will not be able to stop them, or you may even be found fighting against God.” He convinced them,

Would you indeed annul my justice? Would you declare me guilty so that you might be right?Do you have an arm as powerful as God’s, and can you thunder with a voice like his?

The circumcised believers who had accompanied Peter were greatly astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on the Gentiles,

All the inhabitants of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he wishes with the army of heaven and with those who inhabit the earth. No one slaps his hand and says to him,‘ What have you done?’

For he says to Moses:“ I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”So then, it does not depend on human desire or exertion, but on God who shows mercy.
