You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance,

But you know all about my teaching. You know how I live and what I live for. You know about my faith and love. You know how patient I am. You know I haven’t given up.

You, however, have followed my teaching, my conduct, my aim in life, my faith, my patience, my love, my steadfastness,

But you, Timothy, certainly know what I teach, and how I live, and what my purpose in life is. You know my faith, my patience, my love, and my endurance.

But you, man of God, flee these things, and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness.

But you know the proof of him, that as a child serves a father, so he served with me in furtherance of the Good News.

If you instruct the brothers of these things, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, nourished in the words of the faith, and of the good doctrine which you have followed.

In all things be showing yourself an example of good works. In your teaching, be showing integrity, seriousness, incorruptibility,

Don’t be carried away by various and strange teachings, for it is good that the heart be established by grace, not by food, through which those who were so occupied were not benefited.

Let no man despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity.Until I come, pay attention to reading, to exhortation, and to teaching.
