Blessed[ be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see[ him] not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.And if by grace, then[ is it] no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if[ it be] of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

And from Jesus Christ,[ who is] the faithful witness,[ and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

But the mercy of the LORD[ is] from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;

For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?But if we hope for that we see not,[ then] do we with patience wait for[ it].

And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy[ shall be] upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy;[ and] sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

That by two immutable things, in which[ it was] impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:Which[ hope] we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and[ be] not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard,[ and] which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

For your shame[ ye shall have] double; and[ for] confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ,( by grace ye are saved;)

Therefore[ it is] of faith, that[ it might be] by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son[ to be] the propitiation for our sins.

For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;

Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope[ did]; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

Hereby perceive we the love[ of God], because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down[ our] lives for the brethren.

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called[ to be] saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
