工人立耶和華殿的根基時，祭司身穿禮服拿著號角，利未人亞薩的子孫拿著鈸各就各位，照以色列王大衛所定的規矩讚美耶和華。他們彼此唱和，讚美、稱謝耶和華，說：「祂是美善的，因為祂向以色列人永施慈愛！」所有人都高聲歡呼讚美耶和華，因為耶和華殿的根基已經立好。

上帝啊，你的隊伍已經出現；我的上帝，我的王啊，你的隊伍進了聖所，歌唱的在前，奏樂的殿後，搖手鼓的少女居中。要在大會中讚美上帝，以色列的會眾都要讚美耶和華。最小的便雅憫支派在前領路，後面跟著大群的猶大首領，還有西布倫和拿弗他利的首領。

要吹響號角讚美祂，要彈琴鼓瑟讚美祂！

萬民啊，你們要鼓掌，向上帝高聲歡呼！

耶和華對摩西說：「你要用銀子打造兩支號，用來招聚會眾和發出拔營的號令。吹響兩支號時，全體會眾要聚集到你那裡，即會幕門口。如果只吹響一支號，擔任首領的以色列各族長要聚集到你那裡。如果吹響拔營的號令，在東面紮營的就要啟行；第二次吹響拔營號令時，在南面紮營的就要啟行。拔營號令是啟行的信號。但吹號招聚會眾時，不要用拔營號令。做祭司的亞倫子孫要負責吹號，這是世代不變的律例。當你們在自己的土地上跟敵人作戰時，要吹號，你們的上帝耶和華必眷顧你們，救你們脫離敵人。在節期和朔日這些歡樂的日子獻燔祭和平安祭的時候，你們要吹號，好在你們的上帝面前蒙眷顧。我是你們的上帝耶和華。」

以色列人把耶和華的約櫃抬了上來，一路上歡呼吹角、鳴號、敲鈸、鼓瑟、彈琴，大聲奏樂。

在歡呼聲中，上帝登上寶座；在號角聲中，耶和華登上寶座。要頌讚，頌讚上帝！要頌讚，頌讚我們的君王！

大衛和以色列的長老以及千夫長去俄別·以東家，高高興興地將耶和華的約櫃抬上來。

我必使他的仇敵滿面羞愧，但他頭上的王冠必光芒四射。」
