So all the men of Israel deserted David to follow Sheba son of Bikri. But the men of Judah stayed by their king all the way from the Jordan to Jerusalem.

So all the men of Israel deserted David. They followed Sheba, the son of Bikri. But the men of Judah stayed with their king. They remained with him from the Jordan River all the way to Jerusalem.

So all the men of Israel withdrew from David and followed Sheba the son of Bichri. But the men of Judah followed their king steadfastly from the Jordan to Jerusalem.

So all the men of Israel deserted David and followed Sheba son of Bicri. But the men of Judah stayed with their king and escorted him from the Jordan River to Jerusalem.

So all the men of Israel deserted David and followed Sheba son of Bichri, but the men of Judah from the Jordan all the way to Jerusalem remained loyal to their king.

巴拿巴到了那裏，看見上帝的恩，就歡喜，又鼓勵眾人以心中的定志緊依附着主。

從此門徒中就有許多人退後，不再跟耶穌同行了。於是耶穌就對那十二個人說：『難道你們也想要去麼？』西門彼得回答他說：『主啊，我們要去歸誰呢？你有永生之話語啊！

王就回來；他來到約但河。猶大人來到吉甲，要去迎接王，請王過約但河。

紛爭之起點如放水；故爭吵尚未暴發，先要放棄。

下流人不過是虛幻，上流人乃是虛假；放在天平裏就浮起；一概是噓氣。

避難於永恆主裏面的比倚靠人好。避難於永恆主裏面的比倚靠王子好。列國圍繞着我；我靠永恆主的名將他們割掉；

王往前走、到了吉甲，金罕也和他一同往前走；猶大眾民和以色列民的一半就送王往前走。當下以色列眾人來見王，對王說：『我們的族弟兄猶大人為甚麼偷偷把王和王的家眷並跟隨王的人接過約但河來呢？』

惟獨住猶大眾城市的以色列人、羅波安仍然作他們的王。
