When David arrived at the summit, where people used to worship God, Hushai the Arkite was there to meet him, his robe torn and dust on his head.

David arrived at the top of the Mount of Olives. That’s where people used to worship God. Hushai, the Arkite, was there to meet him. His robe was torn. There was dust on his head.

While David was coming to the summit, where God was worshiped, behold, Hushai the Archite came to meet him with his coat torn and dirt on his head.

When David reached the summit of the Mount of Olives where people worshiped God, Hushai the Arkite was waiting there for him. Hushai had torn his clothing and put dirt on his head as a sign of mourning.

到了第三天，看哪，有一個人從掃羅的營地前來，他的衣服撕裂，頭蒙灰塵。他一來到大衛面前，就俯伏在地下拜。

可是你，耶和華啊，你是我四圍的盾牌，是我的榮耀，是讓我揚起頭來的那一位！我用我的聲音向耶和華呼求，他就從他的聖山回應我。細拉我躺下，我睡著，我醒來，都因耶和華扶持我。

顯我為義的神哪，我呼求的時候，求你回應我！你曾使我從困境中解脫；求你恩待我，垂聽我的禱告！尊貴人哪，你們把我的榮耀變為羞辱，要到什麼時候呢？你們喜愛虛空、尋求謊言，要到什麼時候呢？細拉你們要知道：耶和華已經把忠信的人分別出來歸於自己，我向耶和華呼求的時候，他就垂聽。

快到伯法其和伯大尼，那叫做「橄欖園」的山，耶穌派了兩個門徒，

大衛沿著橄欖山的斜坡上去，一邊走一邊哭。他蒙著頭，赤著腳行走。隨同他的全體民眾也都各自蒙著頭上去，一邊走一邊哭。

那時候，大衛的朋友亞基人戶篩去見押沙龍，戶篩對押沙龍說：「願王萬歲！願王萬歲！」押沙龍問戶篩：「這是你對朋友的忠誠嗎？你為什麼沒有與你的朋友一起離開呢？」戶篩對押沙龍說：「不！耶和華和這民——全以色列人揀選了誰，我就歸於誰，留在誰那裡。再者，我該服事誰呢？難道不該服事朋友的兒子嗎？我怎樣服事你父親，也會怎樣服事你。」

塔瑪爾把灰燼撒在頭上，撕裂身上彩色的袍子，然後手抱著頭離開，一邊走一邊哀號。

他呼求我，我就回應他；他在患難中，我就與他同在；我要搭救他，使他得尊榮。

耶和華啊，求你起來！我的神哪，求你拯救我！是的，你擊打了我一切仇敵的臉頰，打碎了惡人的牙。

在患難的日子裡，你當呼求我，我必搭救你，而你將榮耀我。」
