王对撒督说：“你把上帝的约柜运回城去吧。倘若耶和华恩待我，祂必使我重返家园，重见约柜和会幕；

王對撒督說：「你將上帝的約櫃請回城去。我若在耶和華眼前蒙恩，他必使我回來，再見到約櫃和他的居所。

王對撒督說：「你把上帝的約櫃運回城去吧。倘若耶和華恩待我，祂必使我重返家園，重見約櫃和會幕；

王對撒督說：“把神的約櫃抬回城裡去吧！我若是在耶和華眼前蒙恩，他必使我回來再看到約櫃和他安居的地方。

王對撒督說：『你將上帝的櫃抬回城去；我若在永恆主眼前蒙恩，他就會使我回來、再見那櫃和他的居所。

王對撒督說：「把神的約櫃抬回城去吧。如果我在耶和華眼前蒙恩，他必讓我回來，再看到約櫃和他的居所。

王謂撒督曰、舁上帝匱返城、若我蒙恩於耶和華前、必使我反、見匱及其居所、

王謂撒督曰、舁上帝之匱入城、如我蒙恩於耶和華前、則將使我反、見匱亦見聖幕。

王謂撒督曰、舁天主匱歸於邑、如我蒙恩於主前、則將使我返、使我復見之、與其居所、

Then the king said to Zadok,“ Take the ark of God back into the city. If I find favor in the Lord’s eyes, he will bring me back and let me see it and his dwelling place again.

Then the king said to Zadok,“ Take the ark of God back into the city. If the Lord is pleased with me, he’ll bring me back. He’ll let me see the ark again. He’ll also let me see Jerusalem again. That’s the place where he lives.

Then the king said to Zadok,“ Carry the ark of God back into the city. If I find favor in the eyes of the Lord, he will bring me back and let me see both it and his dwelling place.

Then the king instructed Zadok to take the Ark of God back into the city.“ If the Lord sees fit,” David said,“ he will bring me back to see the Ark and the Tabernacle again.

Then the king instructed Zadok,“ Return the ark of God to the city. If I find favor with the LORD, he will bring me back and allow me to see both it and its dwelling place.

And the king said to Zadok,“ Return the ark of God to the city. If I find favor in the sight of the Lord, then He will bring me back and show me both it and His habitation.

Then the king said to Zadok,“ Carry the ark of God back into the city. If I find favor in the eyes of the Lord, He will bring me back and show me both it and His dwelling place.

And the king said unto Zadok, Carry back the ark of God into the city: if I shall find favor in the eyes of Jehovah, he will bring me again, and show me both it, and his habitation:

Then the king instructed Zadok,“ Return the ark of God to the city. If I find favor in the Lord’s eyes, He will bring me back and allow me to see both it and its dwelling place.

And the king said unto Zadok, Carry back the ark of God into the city: if I shall find favour in the eyes of the LORD, he will bring me again, and shew me[ both] it, and his habitation:

Then the king said to Zadok,“ Take the ark of God back to the city. If I find favor in the LORD’s sight he will bring me back and enable me to see both it and his dwelling place again.

The king said to Zadok,“ Carry God’s ark back into the city. If I find favor in Yahweh’s eyes, he will bring me again, and show me both it, and his habitation;

耶利米啊，你要告诉他们这些预言，“‘耶和华要在高天怒吼，从祂的圣所发出雷鸣；祂要向祂的子民怒吼，向地上的居民吶喊，好像踩踏葡萄的人一样。

在你的院宇住一日胜过在别处住千日！我宁愿在我上帝的殿中看门，也不愿住在恶人的帐篷里。

耶和华啊，我爱你的殿，你荣耀充满的地方。

求你以光明和真理引导我，领我到你的圣山，到你的居所。我要到上帝的祭坛前，到赐我喜乐的上帝面前。上帝啊，我的上帝，我要弹琴赞美你。

你以不变的爱引领你所救赎的子民，以大能带他们进入你的圣所。

万军之耶和华啊，你的居所多么美好！我深愿进入耶和华的院宇，我的身心向永活的上帝欢呼。万军之耶和华，我的王我的上帝啊，在你的祭坛边，麻雀找到了家，燕子筑巢养育幼雏。

为了我们的上帝耶和华的殿，我要为你求福祉。

你们不要相信那些谎言，说这是耶和华的殿，这是耶和华的殿，这是耶和华的殿。

上帝啊，我的心切慕你，像鹿切慕溪水。我心里渴慕上帝，渴慕永活的上帝，我何时才能去朝拜祂呢？

他们把耶和华的约柜抬来，安放在大卫准备好的帐篷里。大卫在耶和华面前献上燔祭和平安祭，

人们对我说：“让我们去耶和华的殿吧！”我感到欢喜。

军队回营后，以色列的长老说：“为什么今天耶和华使我们败在非利士人手下？我们从示罗把耶和华的约柜抬来吧，让它与我们同去，好从仇敌手中救我们。”于是，他们派人去示罗把那坐在基路伯天使上的万军之耶和华的约柜抬来。以利的两个儿子何弗尼和非尼哈也随上帝的约柜同来。以色列人看见耶和华的约柜到了营中，就高声欢呼，声音震天动地。非利士人听见了喊声就说：“希伯来人在营中喊什么？”后来他们知道是耶和华的约柜到了营中，就害怕起来，说：“有神明到了他们营中，我们大祸临头了，我们从来没有遇过这种事情！我们大祸临头了！谁能从这些大能的神明手中救我们？在旷野用各种灾祸毁灭埃及人的就是这些神明。非利士人啊，要刚强，做大丈夫。不然，我们就会成为希伯来人的奴隶，像他们做我们的奴隶一样。我们要做大丈夫，奋力征战。”非利士人和以色列人交战，以色列人败下阵来，纷纷逃回家中。他们伤亡惨重，损失了三万步兵。上帝的约柜被掳走了，以利的两个儿子何弗尼和非尼哈被杀身亡。

一天，王对拿单先知说：“你看！我住在香柏木造的王宫中，但上帝的约柜还留在帐篷里。”

希西迦问：“有什么兆头能证明我可以再上耶和华的殿吗？”

我曾向耶和华求一件事，我还要求，就是能一生住在祂的殿中，瞻仰祂的荣美，寻求祂的旨意。危难之时，祂保护我，把我藏在祂的圣幕里，高高地安置在磐石上。

因为你藐视我，把赫人乌利亚的妻子据为己有，从今以后，杀戮流血的事必永不离开你的家。’耶和华说，‘我要在你家中降下灾祸，我要当着你的面把你的妻妾交给你的近臣，他必在光天化日之下与她们行淫。

上帝啊，你是我的上帝，我迫切地寻求你！在干旱荒凉之地，我的心渴慕你，渴慕你！我曾在你的圣所瞻仰你的荣面，目睹你的权能和荣耀。
