旋使烏利亞歸家濯足、烏利亞出王宮、王賜肴饌、以隨其後。

遂命烏利亞曰、可下爾家、滌爾足、烏利亞出王宮、王賜食以隨其後、

Then David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” So Uriah left the palace, and a gift from the king was sent after him.

David said to Uriah,“ Go home and enjoy some time with your wife.” So Uriah left the palace. Then the king sent him a gift.

Then David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” And Uriah went out of the king’s house, and there followed him a present from the king.

Then he told Uriah,“ Go on home and relax.” David even sent a gift to Uriah after he had left the palace.

Then he said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house and wash your feet.” So Uriah left the palace, and a gift from the king followed him.

Then David said to Uriah,“ Go down to your house, and wash your feet.” So Uriah left the king’s house, and a gift from the king was sent after him.

And David said to Uriah, Go down to thy house, and wash thy feet. And Uriah departed out of the king’s house, and there followed him a mess of food from the king.

When portions were served to them from Joseph’s table, Benjamin’s portion was five times as much as anyone else’s. So they feasted and drank freely with him. (niv)

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account. (niv)

“ My lords,” he said,“ please turn aside to your servant’s house. You can wash your feet and spend the night and then go on your way early in the morning.”“ No,” they answered,“ we will spend the night in the square.” (niv)

Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans from the Lord, who do their work in darkness and think,“ Who sees us? Who will know?” (niv)

Then he turned toward the woman and said to Simon,“ Do you see this woman? I came into your house. You did not give me any water for my feet, but she wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. (niv)

The steward took the men into Joseph’s house, gave them water to wash their feet and provided fodder for their donkeys. (niv)
