照样，我也希望女人衣着端庄，以廉耻和自制来装饰自己；不以编发、金饰、珍珠或极其贵重的衣裳来装饰自己，反而要用美善的行为，与称为敬神的女人相宜。

耶和华又说：“因为锡安女子自高、行走挺项、卖弄媚眼、俏步徐行、脚下叮当，所以主必使锡安女子头顶生疮，耶和华必使她们的下体赤露。”到那日，主必除掉她们精美的脚镯、发网、月牙项圈、耳环、手镯、面纱、头饰、足链、华带、香盒、护身符、戒指、鼻环、礼服、斗篷、披肩、手袋、镜子、细麻衣、头巾、围巾。那时，腐臭必代替馨香，绳索代替腰带，光秃代替美发，束身麻衣代替华服，烙痕代替美貌。你们的男人必倒在刀下，你们的勇士必倒在战场。锡安的城门必哀哭、悲恸；锡安必空空如也，坐在地上。

你们的美丽之处不应该是外在的，如编头发、戴金饰、穿华服，而应该是心里面内在的人，带着不朽坏的品性，出于谦和、安静的灵；这在神面前是极其贵重的。实际上，从前盼望神的那些圣洁妇女，也是这样装饰自己，服从自己丈夫的；

她不因下雪而为家人担心，因为全家都穿着红线的衣服。
