So I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have.

我的弟兄們，至於你們，我自己同樣深信：你們也滿有良善，充滿一切知識，又能彼此勸誡。不過我要提醒你們，藉著神所賜給我的恩典，我在部分地方寫得比較大膽。

此外，我的弟兄們，你們要在主裡歡喜。我把同樣的話寫給你們，一方面對我不是麻煩，另一方面對你們是一種保護。

你們雖然知道這一切，我還想提醒你們：主一次性地把子民從埃及地救了出來，後來把那些不信的人都毀滅了，

至於你們蒙愛的人哪，你們當想起我們主耶穌基督的使徒們先前所說的話。

我認為，只要我還在這帳篷裡，就理當用提醒的話來激發你們，

藉著我看為忠心的弟兄賽拉斯，我簡要地寫了這封信，勸勉你們，並且證明這是神真實的恩典。你們要在這恩典中站立得住。

各位蒙愛的人哪，這已經是我寫給你們的第二封信。在這兩封信中，我都用提醒的話來激發你們純潔的意念，

我也要努力，使你們在我離世以後，時常想起這些事。

各位蒙愛的人哪，我一直十分殷切地要寫信給你們，談論我們共有的救恩；我感到有必要寫信鼓勵你們，為曾經一次性地託付給聖徒們的信仰而努力爭戰，

因此，各位蒙愛的人哪，你們既然預先知道了這些，就應該警惕，免得被那些惡人的迷惑引入歧途，從自己堅固的地步墜落。

然而，那賜一切恩典的神，就是在基督耶穌裡召喚你們進入他永恆榮耀的那一位，在你們暫時受苦之後，將親自使你們完備、堅固、剛強、根基穩固。

你們要回想原先的日子：當你們蒙了光照以後，忍受了許多痛苦掙扎；

你們不要被各種怪異的教導引入歧途，因為人的心靠恩典，不靠食物規定得以確立才是好的；那靠食物規定而行事的人，從來沒有得到什麼益處。

因這理由，我提醒你：要把神的恩賜再如火挑旺起來；這恩賜是藉著我的按手，在你裡面的。

如果你把這些事向弟兄們指出來，你就是基督耶穌的好僕人，藉著信仰的話語，以及你所跟從的美善教導得著培養。

照著你們所受的教導，在他裡面得以扎根、建造，在信仰上得以確立，在感謝中豐足有餘。

這樣，各教會在信仰上得了堅固，人數也天天增加。
