You are to destroy the house of Ahab your master, and I will avenge the blood of my servants the prophets and the blood of all the Lord’s servants shed by Jezebel.

You must destroy the royal house of your master Ahab. I will pay them back for spilling the blood of my servants the prophets. I will also pay them back for the blood of all the Lord’ s servants that Jezebel spilled.

And you shall strike down the house of Ahab your master, so that I may avenge on Jezebel the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of the Lord.

You are to destroy the family of Ahab, your master. In this way, I will avenge the murder of my prophets and all the Lord’s servants who were killed by Jezebel.

耶洗別殺耶和華先知的時候，俄巴底把一百個先知藏了，每五十人藏在一個洞裏，拿餅和水供養他們。

耶洗別聽見拿伯被石頭打死，就對亞哈說：「你起來，去取得耶斯列人拿伯不肯出價賣給你的葡萄園吧！因為拿伯不在了，他已經死了。」

「列國啊，當與耶和華的子民一同歡呼；因為他要為他僕人所流的血伸冤，報應他的敵人，救贖他的土地和他的子民。」

（只是從來沒有像亞哈的，因他受耶洗別王后的唆使，出賣自己，行了耶和華眼中看為惡的事。

耶和華說：『看哪，我必使災禍臨到你，把你除滅。以色列中凡屬亞哈的男丁，無論是奴役的、自由的，我都要剪除。

伸冤報應在我，到了時候他們會失腳。因為他們遭難的日子近了，他們的厄運快要臨到。

耶戶向窗戶抬頭，說：「有誰順從我？誰？」有兩三個太監向外看他。耶戶說：「把她拋下來！」他們就把她拋下來。她的血濺在牆上和馬上，耶戶踐踏在她身上。耶戶進去，吃了喝了，說：「你們去處理這被詛咒的婦人，埋了她，因為她是王的女兒。」他們去了，要埋葬她，卻只找到她的頭骨和腳，以及手掌。他們回來報告耶戶，耶戶說：「這正應驗耶和華藉他僕人提斯比人以利亞所說的話，說：『在耶斯列田裏，狗必吃耶洗別的肉，耶洗別的屍體必在耶斯列田裏的地面上如同糞土，甚至沒有人可說：這是耶洗別。』」

耶和華啊，你是伸冤的神；伸冤的神啊，求你發出光來！審判世界的主啊，求你挺身而立，使驕傲的人受應得的報應！耶和華啊，惡人誇勝要到幾時呢？要到幾時呢？他們咆哮，說狂妄的話，作惡的人全都誇耀自己。耶和華啊，他們強壓你的百姓，苦害你的產業。他們殺死寡婦和寄居的人，又殺害孤兒。他們說：「耶和華必不看見，雅各的神必不留意。」

各位親愛的，不要自己伸冤，寧可給主的憤怒留地步，因為經上記着：「主說：『伸冤在我，我必報應。』」

因為他是神的用人，是與你有益的。你若作惡，就該懼怕，因為他不是徒然佩劍；他是神的用人，為神的憤怒，報應作惡的。

天哪，眾聖徒、眾使徒、眾先知啊！你們都要因她歡喜，因為神已經在她身上為你們伸了冤。」

如此，地上所有義人流的血都歸到你們身上，從義人亞伯的血起，直到你們在聖所和祭壇中間所殺的巴拉加的兒子撒迦利亞的血為止。

羔羊揭開第五個印的時候，我看見在祭壇底下有曾為神的道，並為作見證而被殺的人的靈魂，大聲喊着說：「神聖真實的主宰啊，你不審判住在地上的人，為我們所流的血伸冤，要到幾時呢？」

神的選民晝夜呼籲他，他豈會延遲不給他們伸冤嗎？我告訴你們，他很快就要給他們伸冤。然而，人子來的時候，能在世上找到這樣的信德嗎？」

他的判斷又真實又公義；因他判斷了那大淫婦，她用淫行敗壞了世界。神為他的僕人伸冤，向淫婦討流僕人血的罪。」

因為我們知道誰說：「伸冤在我，我必報應。」又說：「主要審判他的百姓。」
