Then he got into his chariot and rode to Jezreel, because Joram was resting there and Ahaziah king of Judah had gone down to see him.

Then Jehu got into his chariot. He rode off to Jezreel. Joram was resting there. And Ahaziah, the king of Judah, had gone down to see him.

他回到耶斯列，医治在拉末与亚兰王哈薛打仗时被击打所受的伤。约兰的儿子犹大王亚哈谢因为亚哈的儿子约兰病了，就下到耶斯列看望他。亚哈谢去见约兰而遇害，这是出乎上帝；因为他一到就同约兰出去攻击宁示的孙子耶户；这耶户是耶和华所膏，使他剪除亚哈家的。

他与亚哈的儿子约兰同往基列的拉末去，与亚兰王哈薛交战。亚兰人打伤了约兰，约兰王回到耶斯列，医治在拉末与亚兰王哈薛打仗时，被亚兰人击打所受的伤。约兰的儿子犹大王亚哈谢因为亚哈的儿子约兰病了，就下到耶斯列看望他。
