Elisha replied,“ Listen to this message from the Lord! This is what the Lord says: By this time tomorrow in the markets of Samaria, six quarts of choice flour will cost only one piece of silver, and twelve quarts of barley grain will cost only one piece of silver.”

以利沙说：“你们要听耶和华的话，耶和华说，‘明天这个时候，在撒玛利亚城门口，三公斤细面粉只卖十一克银子，六公斤大麦也卖十一克银子。’”

以利沙说：“你们要听耶和华的话。耶和华这样说：‘明日大约这个时候，在撒玛利亚的城门，三公斤面粉只卖十一克银子，六公斤大麦也只是卖十一克银子。’”

Elisha replied,“ Hear the word of the Lord. This is what the Lord says: About this time tomorrow, a seah of the finest flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.”

Elisha replied,“ Listen to a message from the Lord. He says,‘ About this time tomorrow, flour won’t cost very much. Even 12 pounds of the finest flour will cost less than half of an ounce of silver. You will also be able to buy 20 pounds of barley for the same price. That’s all you will have to pay for those things at the gate of Samaria.’ ”

But Elisha said,“ Hear the word of the Lord: thus says the Lord, Tomorrow about this time a seah of fine flour shall be sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley for a shekel, at the gate of Samaria.”

Elisha replied,“ Hear the word of the LORD! This is what the LORD says:‘ About this time tomorrow at Samaria’s gate, six quarts of fine flour will sell for a half ounce of silver and twelve quarts of barley will sell for a half ounce of silver.’”

Then Elisha said,“ Listen to the word of the Lord; this is what the Lord says:‘ About this time tomorrow a measure of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, at the gate of Samaria.’ ”

Then Elisha said,“ Hear the word of the Lord. Thus says the Lord:‘ Tomorrow about this time a seah of fine flour shall be sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley for a shekel, at the gate of Samaria.’”

And Elisha said, Hear ye the word of Jehovah: thus saith Jehovah, To- morrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.

Elisha replied,“ Hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Lord says:‘ About this time tomorrow at the gate of Samaria, six quarts of fine meal will sell for a shekel and 12 quarts of barley will sell for a shekel.’”

Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus saith the LORD, Tomorrow about this time[ shall] a measure of fine flour[ be sold] for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.

Elisha replied,“ Hear the word of the LORD! This is what the LORD says,‘ About this time tomorrow a seah of finely milled flour will sell for a shekel and two seahs of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.’”

Elisha said,“ Hear Yahweh’s word. Yahweh says,‘ Tomorrow about this time a seah of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.’”

Then Joshua told the people,“ Purify yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do great wonders among you.”

“ I have heard the Israelites’ complaints. Now tell them,‘ In the evening you will have meat to eat, and in the morning you will have all the bread you want. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God.’”

Then he said to me,“ Speak a prophetic message to these bones and say,‘ Dry bones, listen to the word of the Lord!

So Saul sent the messengers back to Jabesh gilead to say,“ We will rescue you by noontime tomorrow!” There was great joy throughout the town when that message arrived!

But Moses told the people,“ Don’t be afraid. Just stand still and watch the Lord rescue you today. The Egyptians you see today will never be seen again.

God dwells in that city; it cannot be destroyed. From the very break of day, God will protect it.

I will make a clear distinction between my people and your people. This miraculous sign will happen tomorrow.’”

The Lord has already set the time for the plague to begin. He has declared that he will strike the land tomorrow.’”And the Lord did just as he had said. The next morning all the livestock of the Egyptians died, but the Israelites didn’t lose a single animal.

One day a man from Baal shalishah brought the man of God a sack of fresh grain and twenty loaves of barley bread made from the first grain of his harvest. Elisha said,“ Give it to the people so they can eat.”

And I heard a voice from among the four living beings say,“ A loaf of wheat bread or three loaves of barley will cost a day’s pay. And don’t waste the olive oil and wine.”

As a result, there was a great famine in the city. The siege lasted so long that a donkey’s head sold for eighty pieces of silver, and a cup of dove’s dung sold for five pieces of silver.

The man of God had said to the king,“ By this time tomorrow in the markets of Samaria, six quarts of choice flour will cost one piece of silver, and twelve quarts of barley grain will cost one piece of silver.”The king’s officer had replied,“ That couldn’t happen even if the Lord opened the windows of heaven!” And the man of God had said,“ You will see it happen with your own eyes, but you won’t be able to eat any of it!”

Then Isaiah said to Hezekiah,“ Listen to this message from the Lord:

“ There’s a young boy here with five barley loaves and two fish. But what good is that with this huge crowd?”

While Elisha was still saying this, the messenger arrived. And the king said,“ All this misery is from the Lord! Why should I wait for the Lord any longer?”

Listen to the Lord, you leaders of“ Sodom.” Listen to the law of our God, people of“ Gomorrah.”

Then Micaiah continued,“ Listen to what the Lord says! I saw the Lord sitting on his throne with all the armies of heaven around him, on his right and on his left.
