他说：“不可击杀！这些人岂是你用刀用弓掳来给你击杀的呢？当在他们面前摆设饮食给他们吃喝，让他们回到他们主人那里。”

回答说：“不可击杀他们！就是你用刀用弓掳来的，岂可击杀他们吗？当在他们面前设摆饮食，使他们吃喝回到他们的主人那里。”

他说：“不可击杀！这些人岂是你用刀用弓掳来给你击杀的呢？当在他们面前摆设饮食给他们吃喝，让他们回到他们主人那里。”

以利沙答道：“不可杀他们。岂可杀从战场上抓来的俘虏呢？给他们吃的喝的，让他们回自己主人那里吧。”

以利沙说：“你不可击杀他们。你可以击杀你自己用刀用弓掳回来的人吗？你要在他们面前摆上食物和水，给他们吃喝，然后回到他们的主人那里去。”

回答說：「不可擊殺他們！就是你用刀用弓擄來的，豈可擊殺他們嗎？當在他們面前設擺飲食，使他們吃喝回到他們的主人那裏。」

他說：「不可擊殺！這些人豈是你用刀用弓擄來給你擊殺的呢？當在他們面前擺設飲食給他們吃喝，讓他們回到他們主人那裏。」

他說：「不可擊殺！這些人豈是你用刀用弓擄來給你擊殺的呢？當在他們面前擺設飲食給他們吃喝，讓他們回到他們主人那裏。」

以利沙答道：「不可殺他們。豈可殺從戰場上抓來的俘虜呢？給他們吃的喝的，讓他們回自己主人那裡吧。」

以利沙說：“你不可擊殺他們。你可以擊殺你自己用刀用弓擄回來的人嗎？你要在他們面前擺上食物和水，給他們吃喝，然後回到他們的主人那裡去。”

以利沙說：『不可擊殺他們；你用刀用弓擄來的、哪裏可以擊殺他們呢？你要在他們面前擺設食物和水，讓他們喫喝，然後回到他們的主上那裏。』

曰、不可擊之、以刃以弓所虜者、可擊之乎、當陳餅與水於其前、使之飲食、而返其主、

曰不可、即使以刃以弓虜之而至、亦不可擊、當供以餅、給以水、使其飲食、而歸其王。

“ Do not kill them,” he answered.“ Would you kill those you have captured with your own sword or bow? Set food and water before them so that they may eat and drink and then go back to their master.”

He answered,“ You shall not strike them down. Would you strike down those whom you have taken captive with your sword and with your bow? Set bread and water before them, that they may eat and drink and go to their master.”

“ Of course not!” Elisha replied.“ Do we kill prisoners of war? Give them food and drink and send them home again to their master.”

Elisha replied,“ Don’t kill them. Do you kill those you have captured with your sword or your bow? Set food and water in front of them so they can eat and drink and go to their master.”

But he answered,“ You shall not kill them. Would you kill those whom you have taken captive with your sword and your bow? Set bread and water before them, so that they may eat and drink, and go to their master.”

He replied,“ Do not strike them down! You did not capture them with your sword or bow, so what gives you the right to strike them down? Give them some food and water, so they can eat and drink and then go back to their master.”

He answered,“ You shall not strike them. Would you strike those whom you have taken captive with your sword and with your bow? Set bread and water before them, that they may eat and drink, and go to their master.”

从前我用刀用弓从亚摩利人手下夺取的那一份，我要把它赐给你，使你比你的兄弟多得一份。”

不但如此，“你的仇敌若饿了，就给他吃；若渴了，就给他喝。因为你这样做，就是把炭火堆在他的头上。”不要被恶所胜，反要以善胜恶。

当那日，我必为我的百姓，与野地的走兽、天空的飞鸟和地上爬行的动物立约；又要在国中折断弓和刀，止息战争，使他们安然躺卧。

但是我告诉你们：要爱你们的仇敌，为那迫害你们的祷告。

你的仇敌若饿了，就给他饭吃，若渴了，就给他水喝；因为你这样做，就是把炭火堆在他的头上，耶和华必回报你。

因为我必不倚靠我的弓，我的刀也不能使我得胜。

我却要怜悯犹大家，使他们靠耶和华—他们的神得救；我必不让他们靠弓、刀、战争、马匹与骑兵得救。”

我派遣瘟疫在你们前面，将亚摩利人的两个王从你们面前赶出，并不是用你的刀，也不是用你的弓。

以色列人掳了他们的弟兄，连妇人带儿女共二十万，又掠取了许多财物，把这些掠物带到撒玛利亚去。但那里有耶和华的一个先知，名叫俄德，出来迎接往撒玛利亚去的军兵，对他们说：“看哪，耶和华—你们列祖的神恼怒犹大人，将他们交在你们手里，你们竟怒气冲天，向他们大行杀戮。如今你们又有意强逼犹大人和耶路撒冷人作你们的奴婢，你们岂不是也得罪了耶和华—你们的神吗？现在你们当听我说，要将从你们弟兄中掳来的释放回去，因耶和华的烈怒已临到你们了。”于是，以法莲人的几个领袖，就是约哈难的儿子亚撒利雅、米实利末的儿子比利家、沙龙的儿子耶希西家、哈得莱的儿子亚玛撒，起来拦阻从战场上回来的人，对他们说：“你们不可把这些被掳的人带到这里，因我们已经得罪耶和华了。你们还想加增我们的罪恶过犯吗？因为我们的罪过深重，已经有烈怒临到以色列了。”于是带兵器的人将掳来的人口和掠取的财物都留在众领袖和全会众面前。以上提名的那些人就起来，照顾被掳的人；其中凡赤身的，就从所掠取的财物中拿出衣服和鞋来，给他们穿，又给他们吃喝，用膏抹他们；其中凡软弱的，就使他们骑驴，送到棕树城耶利哥他们弟兄那里。然后，他们就回撒玛利亚去了。

那城若愿意以和平回应，给你开城，城里所有的人就要为你做苦工，服事你。若那城拒绝和平，却要与你打仗，你就要围困那城。耶和华—你的神把那城交在你手里时，你就要用刀杀尽城里的男丁。至于妇女、孩童、牲畜和城里所有的，你都可以取为自己的掠物。从仇敌所掠夺的，就是耶和华—你神所赐给你的，你都可以享用。离你很远的各城，就是不属于这些国家的城镇，你都要这样对待他们。但是这些民族的城镇，就是耶和华—你神所赐给你的产业，其中凡有气息的，一个都不可存留。
