以色列王看见他们，就对以利沙说：“我父啊，我真的可以击杀他们吗？”

When the king of Israel saw them, he asked Elisha,“ Shall I kill them, my father? Shall I kill them?”

The king of Israel saw them. So he asked Elisha,“ Should I kill them? I need your advice. You are like a father to me. Should I kill them?”

As soon as the king of Israel saw them, he said to Elisha,“ My father, shall I strike them down? Shall I strike them down?”

When the king of Israel saw them, he shouted to Elisha,“ My father, should I kill them? Should I kill them?”

When the king of Israel saw them, he said to Elisha,“ Should I kill them, should I kill them, my father?”

Then the king of Israel when he saw them, said to Elisha,“ My father, shall I kill them? Shall I kill them?”

And the king of Israel said unto Elisha, when he saw them, My father, shall I smite them? shall I smite them?

他的仆人近前来，对他说：“我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你岂不做吗？何况是吩咐你去沐浴，得洁净呢？”

于是哈薛用四十匹骆驼，驮着大马士革的各样美物为礼物，去迎见以利沙。哈薛到了那里，站在他面前，说：“你儿子亚兰王便‧哈达派我到你这里，问说：‘我这病会不会好？’”

以利沙看见，就呼叫说：“我父啊！我父啊！以色列的战车骑兵啊！”以利沙不再看见他的时候，就把自己的衣服撕为两片。

以利沙得了致命的病，以色列王约阿施下来看他，伏在他脸上哭泣，说：“我父啊！我父啊！以色列的战车和骑兵啊！”

左右的人见了要发生的事，就说：“主啊，我们拿刀砍好不好？”

他的门徒雅各和约翰看见了，就说：“主啊！你要我们吩咐火从天上降下来，烧灭他们吗？”耶稣转身责备两个门徒。于是他们就往别的村庄去了。

大卫的人对大卫说：“看哪，这日子到了！耶和华曾对你说：‘看哪，我要将你的仇敌交在你手里，你可以照你看为好的对待他。’”大卫就起来，悄悄地割下扫罗外袍的衣角。

亚比筛对大卫说：“神将你的仇敌交在你手里，现在让我拿枪把他刺透在地上，一刺就成，不用再刺他了。”

人若遇见仇敌，岂肯放他平安上路呢？愿耶和华因你今日向我所做的，以善回报你。
