All of that made the king of Aram very angry. He sent for his officers. He said to them,“ Tell me! Which of us is on the side of the king of Israel?”

亞蘭王緣此中心煩擾、召其臣謂之曰、我中誰助以色列王、爾曹不告我乎、

亞蘭王之心、因此深為懷憂、召其臣僕曰、我中孰助以色列王、盍明告於我。

亞蘭工之心、因此事不安、召臣僕謂之曰、我中有助以色列王者乎、爾其告我、

This enraged the king of Aram. He summoned his officers and demanded of them,“ Tell me! Which of us is on the side of the king of Israel?”

And the mind of the king of Syria was greatly troubled because of this thing, and he called his servants and said to them,“ Will you not show me who of us is for the king of Israel?”

The king of Aram became very upset over this. He called his officers together and demanded,“ Which of you is the traitor? Who has been informing the king of Israel of my plans?”

The king of Aram was enraged because of this matter, and he called his servants and demanded of them,“ Tell me, which one of us is for the king of Israel?”

Now the heart of the king of Aram was enraged over this matter; and he called his servants and said to them,“ Will you not tell me which of us is for the king of Israel?”

Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was greatly troubled by this thing; and he called his servants and said to them,“ Will you not show me which of us is for the king of Israel?”

And the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not show me which of us is for the king of Israel?

The king of Aram was enraged because of this matter, and he called his servants and demanded of them,“ Tell me, which one of us is for the king of Israel?”

Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not shew me which of us[ is] for the king of Israel?

This made the king of Syria upset. So he summoned his advisers and said to them,“ One of us must be helping the king of Israel.”

The king of Syria’s heart was very troubled about this. He called his servants, and said to them,“ Won’t you show me which of us is for the king of Israel?”

Is that why all of you have joined together against me? No one tells me when my son makes a covenant with Jesse’s son. None of you is concerned about me. No one tells me that my son has stirred up Jesse’s son to hide and wait to attack me. But that’s exactly what’s happening now.”

But those who are evil are like the rolling sea. It never rests. Its waves toss up mud and sand.“ There is no peace for those who are evil,” says my God.

Many kings joined forces. They entered Israel together.But when they saw Mount Zion, they were amazed. They ran away in terror.

When King Herod heard about it, he was very upset. Everyone in Jerusalem was troubled too.So Herod called together all the chief priests of the people. He also called the teachers of the law. He asked them where the Messiah was going to be born.“ In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied.“ This is what the prophet has written. He said,“‘ But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are certainly not the least important among the towns of Judah. A ruler will come out of you. He will rule my people Israel like a shepherd.’ ”( Micah 5:2)Then Herod secretly called for the Wise Men. He found out from them exactly when the star had appeared.He sent them to Bethlehem. He said,“ Go and search carefully for the child. As soon as you find him, report it to me. Then I can go and worship him too.”After the Wise Men had listened to the king, they went on their way. The star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them. It finally stopped over the place where the child was.When they saw the star, they were filled with joy.The Wise Men went to the house. There they saw the child with his mother Mary. They bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures. They gave him gold, frankincense and myrrh.But God warned them in a dream not to go back to Herod. So they returned to their country on a different road.

The woman went over to Saul because she saw that he was very upset. She said,“ Look, I’ve obeyed you. I put my own life in danger by doing what you told me to do.

They walk more slowly than they used to. Their own evil plans make them fall.Their feet take them into a net. They wander right into it.A trap grabs hold of their heels. It refuses to let them go.A trap lies in their path. A rope to catch them is hidden on the ground.Terrors alarm them on every side. They follow them every step of the way.
