於是婦人離開了以利沙而去、照這樣作：她把門關上，使自己和兒子在裏面；兒子把器皿拿到她跟前，她就倒油。

She left him and shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring.

因着信、挪亞得了神諭關於還未看到的事，就動了虔敬的心而建備樓船、來救他的家，便藉着信而定了那世代的罪，自己也承受了依信而稱的義。因着信、亞伯拉罕蒙了召，就聽從而出去，到他將要受為基業的地方去；他出去，不知道要往哪裏去！

這相信的女子是有福的；因為由主對她所說的事都必得到完成。』

婦人就去，照以利亞所說的去行；她跟以利亞、和她家裏的人、喫了許多日子。罈內的麵粉果然沒有用完，罐裏的油也沒有短缺，正如永恆主的話、由以利亞經手所說過的。

乃縵大大震怒走了，說：『我心裏自己說：「他一定出來見我，奉永恆主他的上帝的名站着呼求，在患處上頭動動手，使這痲瘋屬之病復原呢。」
