猶大遘此災、乃由主所命、欲除之於其前、皆因瑪拿西所作之罪惡、

这祸临到犹大人，诚然是耶和华所命的，要将他们从自己面前赶出，是因玛拿西所犯的一切罪；

緣馬拿西犯罪、屢殺不辜、血流遍耶路撒冷、耶和華弗赦、降災於猶大族、而驅逐之。

Surely these things happened to Judah according to the Lord’s command, in order to remove them from his presence because of the sins of Manasseh and all he had done,

These things happened to Judah in keeping with what the Lord had commanded. He brought enemies against his people in order to remove them from his land. He removed them because of all the sins Manasseh had committed.

Surely this came upon Judah at the command of the Lord, to remove them out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done,

These disasters happened to Judah because of the Lord’s command. He had decided to banish Judah from his presence because of the many sins of Manasseh,

Indeed, this happened to Judah at the LORD’s command to remove them from his presence. It was because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all he had done,

It indeed came upon Judah at the command of the Lord, to remove them from His sight due to the sins of Manasseh, in accordance with everything that he had done,

Indeed, this happened to Judah at the Lord’s command to remove them from His sight. It was because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all he had done,

Surely at the commandment of the LORD came[ this] upon Judah, to remove[ them] out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did;

Just as the LORD had announced, he rejected Judah because of all the sins which Manasseh had committed.

今我來攻此城城原文作處而毀之、非無主之旨、主命我來攻此國而滅之、

毋跪拜、毋崇事、蓋我耶和華爾之天主、乃忌邪之天主、或作不容人崇奉別神惡我者、我必討其罪、以及子孫、至三四代、

瑪拿西行惡於主前、昔主於以色列人前逐異族之民、瑪拿西效其所行可憎之事、復建父希西家所毀之邱壇、亦為巴力設壇、亦立亞舍拉、效以色列王亞哈所為、又崇拜奉事天之萬象、天之萬象原文作天之眾軍下同在主之殿宇建數祭壇、昔主曰、我必使我名永在耶路撒冷、所言即指此殿宇、瑪拿西在主殿之二院、為天之萬象建壇、

我自始而示終、在昔時預言未成之事、我言我之謀必立、凡我所悅者、我必成之、召彼鷙鳥、至自東土、召我所命定之人、來自遠方、我言既出必成之、我謀既定必行之、

先知與王言時、王曰、誰立爾為王之謀士、爾止哉、不然、爾必見撻、先知乃止、既而曰、爾行斯事、不聽我言、我知天主決意欲敗爾、○

我造光、造暗、作福、作禍、此皆為我耶和華所造、

然主向猶大所發之烈怒、仍然不息、因瑪拿西諸事干犯主怒、主曰、我將自我前除猶大、如我曾除以色列然、昔我選此邑耶路撒冷與此殿宇、曰、我名必在其中、今則棄之、

爾曹雖欲害我、天主反使我得善遇、保兆民之命、得如今日、

大震其怒、氣忿甚烈、以斯民由其地拔除、投棄於異邦、有如今日之事、

我必散爾於異邦人中、使爾為兵刃所追、使爾土地荒蕪、使爾城邑變為荒墟、爾寄居敵國、爾地荒蕪、此時地自可休息享安息年、爾居此地之時、未守安息年、不容地休息、既荒蕪則自休息、

爾曹當起而往、此非爾安居之地、因污穢故、必翦滅爾、翦滅殆盡、

亞述人必受禍、我怒如梃、我忿猶杖、為其手所執、我遣之攻邪惡之國、命之罰我所怒之民、擄掠攘奪、蹂躪人民、若街衢之泥然、

昔主善待爾、使爾眾多、是主所喜、厥後主殲滅爾、使爾盡亡、絕絕原文作見拔於爾所往欲得之地、亦主所喜、

邑中吹角、民豈不驚乎、邑中有禍、豈非主所降乎、

主諭我曰、雖摩西撒母耳立於我前、為斯民祈禱、我心不悅斯民、當驅逐之、離於我前而去、如彼問爾曰、我儕可往何處、爾則告之曰、主如是云、當死者就死、當亡於刃者就刃、當饑者就饑、當擄者就擄、主又曰、我為之命定四災、刃以殺之、犬以囓之、飛鳥以噬之、野獸以滅之、又必使之受凌虐於天下萬邦、皆因猶大王希西家子瑪拿西、所行於耶路撒冷之事、

亞蘭來軍甚寡、而主以極大以軍、付於其手、緣彼棄主其列祖之天主、故藉亞蘭人降罰於約阿施、

主爾天主所許爾之福、既俱臨爾、主亦能使諸禍臨爾、滅爾於主爾天主所賜爾之美地、
