『獻祭給別的神，不專專獻祭給永恆主的、必須被殺滅歸神。

獻完了燔祭，耶戶就對衛兵和軍官們說：『你們進去擊殺他們；一個也不可讓他出來。』衛兵和軍官就用刀擊殺他們，將屍體丟出來，又走到巴力廟的衛城那裏，

他又將他們的祭司的骸骨燒在他們的祭壇上，而潔淨了猶大和耶路撒冷。

以利亞對他們說：『將巴力的神言人捉住；一個也不可讓逃脫。』眾人就把他們捉住；以利亞將他們帶下去到基順谿谷中，在那裏把他們宰殺掉。

神人憑着永恆主的話攻擊那祭壇而喊叫、說：『壇哪，壇哪，永恆主這麼說：「大衛王室必生個兒子、名叫約西亞；他必將邱壇的祭司、就是在你上面燻祭的、宰殺在你上面；人必將人的骨頭燒在你上面。」』

永恆主有刀，漬滿了血，由脂肪而肥潤的，由小綿羊和公山羊的血，公綿羊腰子的脂肪而滋肥的因為永恆主在波斯拉有宰祭的事，在以東地有大屠殺。

至於那神言人或那作夢的，則必須被處死，因為他說了叛逆的話背叛着永恆主你們的上帝、那領你們出埃及地，贖救你脫離為奴之家的上帝，要勾引你離開永恆主你的上帝所吩咐你走的道路。這樣你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。

『萬軍之永恆主發神諭說，當那日我必從這地剪除偶像的名字，叫那些名字不再被記念；假神言人和污穢之靈、我也必從這地除去。將來若再有人傳假神言，生他的父親或母親就須要對他說：『你不該活着，因為你冒永恆主的名說假話」；生他的父親或母親在他傳假神言時、必將他刺透。
