“ Leave it alone,” he said.“ Don’t let anyone disturb his bones.” So they spared his bones and those of the prophet who had come from Samaria.

“ Leave it alone,” Josiah said.“ Don’t let anyone touch his bones.” So they spared his bones. They also spared the bones of the prophet who had come from the northern kingdom of Israel.

And he said,“ Let him be; let no man move his bones.” So they let his bones alone, with the bones of the prophet who came out of Samaria.

Josiah replied,“ Leave it alone. Don’t disturb his bones.” So they did not burn his bones or those of the old prophet from Samaria.

So he said,“ Let him rest. Don’t let anyone disturb his bones.” So they left his bones undisturbed with the bones of the prophet who came from Samaria.

And he said,“ Leave him alone; no one is to disturb his bones.” So they left his bones undisturbed with the bones of the prophet who came from Samaria.

And he said,“ Let him alone; let no one move his bones.” So they let his bones alone, with the bones of the prophet who came from Samaria.

And he said, Let him be; let no man move his bones. So they let his bones alone, with the bones of the prophet that came out of Samaria.

So he said,“ Let him rest. Don’t let anyone disturb his bones.” So they left his bones undisturbed with the bones of the prophet who came from Samaria.

The king said,“ Leave it alone! No one must touch his bones.” So they left his bones undisturbed, as well as the bones of the Israelite prophet buried beside him.

He said,“ Let him be! Let no one move his bones.” So they let his bones alone, with the bones of the prophet who came out of Samaria.

葬畢、則謂其子曰、我死、當葬我於上帝僕所葬之墓、以我骨置其骨側、

耶羅波安立於壇側、欲焚香時、適有上帝僕、奉耶和華命、自猶大至伯特利、奉耶和華命、向壇而呼曰、壇乎、壇乎、耶和華云、大衛家必生一子、名約西亞、彼將取崇邱之祭司、焚香於爾上者、獻於爾上、人之骸骨、亦必焚於爾上焉、是日上帝僕示預兆曰、此壇必裂、灰必傾、是乃耶和華所言之預兆、王聞上帝僕向伯特利壇所呼之言、自壇伸手曰、執之、所伸之手即枯、不能縮、壇亦裂、灰亦傾、應上帝僕、奉耶和華命所示之預兆、王謂上帝僕曰、請爾為我祈禱、求爾上帝耶和華施恩、俾我手復原、上帝僕求於耶和華、王手遂愈如初、王謂上帝僕曰、偕我歸家、補爾精力、我必加以賞賚、上帝僕曰、爾即以家之半賜我、我必不偕爾歸、亦不食餅飲水於此、蓋耶和華諭我曰、勿食餅飲水於此、勿循原途而返、乃由他途而歸、不循來伯特利之路、○有老先知居伯特利、其子至、以上帝僕當日在伯特利所行、及對王所言者、悉告其父、父問之曰、彼由何途而往、子以來自猶大之上帝僕、所往之途告父、父曰、為我備驢、遂備驢、其父乘之、追上帝僕、遇其坐於橡下、問曰、自猶大來之上帝僕、乃爾乎、曰、是也、曰、請偕我歸、食餅、曰、我不得與爾歸、入爾室、亦不食餅飲水於此、蓋耶和華諭我云、勿食餅飲水於此、勿循原途而返、老先知曰、我亦先知如爾、有天使奉耶和華命、諭我曰、攜彼歸爾家、俾其食餅飲水、乃誑之也、上帝僕遂與偕歸、食餅飲水於其家、席間、耶和華諭攜其返之先知、遂向自猶大來之上帝僕呼曰、耶和華云、因爾違耶和華之言、不守爾上帝耶和華所命、乃返而食餅飲水、於耶和華禁爾食餅飲水之所、故爾尸不得入爾列祖之墓、
