This is what the king says:‘ Don’t let Hezekiah deceive you; he can’t rescue you from my power.

王說，『你們不要被希西迦欺騙，他不能從我手中救你們。

王云、勿為希西家所欺、彼不能拯爾脫於我手、

王如是云、勿為希西家所誘、彼不能救爾脫於我手、

This is what the king says: Do not let Hezekiah deceive you. He cannot deliver you from my hand.

He says,‘ Don’t let Hezekiah trick you. He can’t save you from my power.

Thus says the king:‘ Do not let Hezekiah deceive you, for he will not be able to deliver you out of my hand.

This is what the king says: Don’t let Hezekiah deceive you. He will never be able to rescue you from my power.

This is what the king says:‘ Do not let Hezekiah deceive you, for he will not be able to save you from my hand.

Thus says the king:‘ Do not let Hezekiah deceive you, for he shall not be able to deliver you from his hand;

Thus saith the king, Let not Hezekiah deceive you; for he will not be able to deliver you out of his hand:

This is what the king says:‘ Don’t let Hezekiah deceive you; he can’t deliver you from my hand.

Thus saith the king, Let not Hezekiah deceive you: for he shall not be able to deliver you out of his hand:

This is what the king says:‘ Don’t let Hezekiah mislead you, for he is not able to rescue you from my hand!

The king says,‘ Don’t let Hezekiah deceive you; for he will not be able to deliver you out of his hand.

So now, don’t let Hezekiah deceive you, and don’t let him mislead you like this. Don’t believe him, for no god of any nation or kingdom has been able to rescue his people from my power or the power of my predecessors. How much less will your God rescue you from my power!’”

and then the lawless one will be revealed. The Lord Jesus will destroy him with the breath of his mouth and will bring him to nothing at the appearance of his coming.

So Pilate said to him,“ Do you refuse to speak to me? Don’t you know that I have the authority to release you and the authority to crucify you?”“ You would have no authority over me at all,” Jesus answered him,“ if it hadn’t been given you from above. This is why the one who handed me over to you has the greater sin.”

He opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he sits in God’s temple, proclaiming that he himself is God.

Now if you’re ready, when you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, drum, and every kind of music, fall down and worship the statue I made. But if you don’t worship it, you will immediately be thrown into a furnace of blazing fire— and who is the god who can rescue you from my power?”Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied to the king,“ Nebuchadnezzar, we don’t need to give you an answer to this question.If the God we serve exists, then he can rescue us from the furnace of blazing fire, and he can rescue us from the power of you, the king.

They mock, and they speak maliciously; they arrogantly threaten oppression.They set their mouths against heaven, and their tongues strut across the earth.

So the king gave the order, and they brought Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den. The king said to Daniel,“ May your God, whom you continually serve, rescue you!”

Isn’t Hezekiah misleading you to give you over to death by famine and thirst when he says,“ The LORD our God will keep us from the grasp of the king of Assyria”?
