拉伯沙基遂立、用猶大言、大聲呼曰、爾曹須聽亞述大王之言、王如是云、勿為希西家所誘、彼不能救爾曹、勿聽希西家使爾恃主之言、彼曰、主必救我儕、此城不致陷於亞述王手、勿聽希西家之言、蓋亞述王如是云、爾當與我修好、出而降我、則爾可各食己葡萄樹及無花果樹之果、各飲己井之水、迨我來遷爾至一地、與爾之地無異、即有穀、有酒、有糧、糧原文作餅有葡萄園之地、希西家誘爾曰、主必救我儕、爾勿聽之、列國之諸神、何嘗有神救其國、脫於亞述王之手、
