So Ahaz sent messengers to King Tiglath-pileser of Assyria, saying,“ I am your servant and your son. March up and save me from the grasp of the king of Aram and of the king of Israel, who are rising up against me.”

于是亚哈斯差派使者去见亚述王提革拉．毗列色，说：“我是你的臣仆，你的儿子，求你上来，救我脱离那起来攻击我的亚兰王和以色列王的手。”

亞哈斯差遣使者去見亞述王提革拉‧毗列色，說：「我是你的僕人、你的兒子。現在亞蘭王和以色列王攻擊我，求你來救我脫離他們的手。」

亞哈斯遣使見亞述王提革拉毘列色曰、我為汝僕汝子、今亞蘭王與以色列王起而攻我、請來救我脫於其手、

亞哈士遣人至亞述王滴臘比利斯曰、我乃爾之子臣、亞蘭王及以色列王攻我、請爾至此、援我於其手。

亞哈斯遣使見亞述王提革拉毘列色曰、我乃王之僕、王之子、今亞蘭王與以色列王攻我、求王來救我脫於其手、

Ahaz sent messengers to say to Tiglath- Pileser king of Assyria,“ I am your servant and vassal. Come up and save me out of the hand of the king of Aram and of the king of Israel, who are attacking me.”

Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath- Pileser. He was king of Assyria. The message of Ahaz said,“ I am your servant. You are my master. Come up and save me from the power of the kings of Aram and Israel. They are attacking me.”

So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, saying,“ I am your servant and your son. Come up and rescue me from the hand of the king of Syria and from the hand of the king of Israel, who are attacking me.”

King Ahaz sent messengers to King Tiglath pileser of Assyria with this message:“ I am your servant and your vassal. Come up and rescue me from the attacking armies of Aram and Israel.”

So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath pileser king of Assyria, saying,“ I am your servant and your son; come up and save me from the hand of the king of Aram, and from the hand of the king of Israel, who are rising up against me.”

So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath-Pileser king of Assyria, saying,“ I am your servant and your son. Come up and save me from the hand of the king of Syria and from the hand of the king of Israel, who rise up against me.”

So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath- pileser king of Assyria, saying, I am thy servant and thy son: come up, and save me out of the hand of the king of Syria, and out of the hand of the king of Israel, who rise up against me.

So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath-pileser king of Assyria, saying,“ I am your servant and your son. March up and save me from the power of the king of Aram and of the king of Israel, who are rising up against me.”

So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglathpileser king of Assyria, saying, I[ am] thy servant and thy son: come up, and save me out of the hand of the king of Syria, and out of the hand of the king of Israel, which rise up against me.

Ahaz sent messengers to King Tiglath-pileser of Assyria, saying,“ I am your servant and your dependent. March up and rescue me from the power of the king of Syria and the king of Israel, who have attacked me.”

So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath Pileser king of Assyria, saying,“ I am your servant and your son. Come up and save me out of the hand of the king of Syria, and out of the hand of the king of Israel, who rise up against me.”

In the days of King Pekah of Israel, King Tiglath-pileser of Assyria came and captured Ijon, Abel-beth-maacah, Janoah, Kedesh, Hazor, Gilead, and Galilee— all the land of Naphtali— and deported the people to Assyria.

So they dressed with sackcloth around their waists and ropes around their heads, went to the king of Israel, and said,“ Your servant Ben-hadad says,‘ Please spare my life.’” So he said,“ Is he still alive? He is my brother.”Now the men were looking for a sign of hope, so they quickly picked up on this and responded,“ Yes, it is your brother Ben-hadad.” Then he said,“ Go and bring him.” So Ben-hadad came out to him, and Ahab had him come up into the chariot.

Do not trust in nobles, in a son of man, who cannot save.When his breath leaves him, he returns to the ground; on that day his plans die.Happy is the one whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God,

Then King Tiglath-pileser of Assyria came against Ahaz; he oppressed him and did not give him support.

At that time King Ahaz asked the king of Assyria for help.

All the while our eyes were failing as we looked in vain for help; we watched from our towers for a nation that would not save us.

So the God of Israel roused the spirit of King Pul( that is, Tiglath-pileser) of Assyria, and he took the Reubenites, Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh into exile. He took them to Halah, Habor, Hara, and Gozan’s river, where they are until today.

Then the king of Israel answered,“ Just as you say, my lord the king: I am yours, along with all that I have.”

This is what the LORD says: Cursed is the person who trusts in mankind. He makes human flesh his strength, and his heart turns from the LORD.

Assyria will not save us, we will not ride on horses, and we will no longer proclaim,‘ Our gods!’ to the work of our hands. For the fatherless receives compassion in you.”
