连先知带祭司都是亵渎的，就是在我殿中我也看见他们的恶。这是耶和华说的。

我现在是要得人的心呢？还是要得神的心呢？我岂是讨人的喜欢吗？若仍旧讨人的喜欢，我就不是基督的仆人了。

以法莲因乐从人的命令，就受欺压，被审判压碎。

祭司亚撒利雅率领耶和华勇敢的祭司八十人，跟随他进去。他们就阻挡乌西雅王，对他说：“乌西雅啊，给耶和华烧香不是你的事，乃是亚伦子孙承接圣职祭司的事。你出圣殿吧！因为你犯了罪。你行这事，耶和华神必不使你得荣耀。”

祭司的嘴里当存知识，人也当由他口中寻求律法，因为他是万军之耶和华的使者。你们却偏离正道，使许多人在律法上跌倒。你们废弃我与利未所立的约。这是万军之耶和华说的。所以我使你们被众人藐视，看为下贱；因你们不守我的道，竟在律法上瞻徇情面。”
