耶和华对摩西说：“如果她父亲在她脸上吐唾沫，她岂不也要蒙羞七天吗？现在把她关在营外，七天后再让她回来。”

他常常清早起来，站在城门的通道旁边。每当有人来找王审理争讼时，押沙龙便问他是从哪一座城来的，那人就会报上自己所属的支派。押沙龙会对他说：“你的申诉合情合理，可惜王没有派人来听你申诉。”他接着会说：“要是我被立为国中的审判官就好了！那样，任何人有申诉都可以来找我，我一定会为他主持公道。”

约押和他全家要承担这罪，愿他的后代永远有长疮的、患皮肤病的、拄拐杖的、被刀剑所杀的或挨饿的。”

祂不偏袒王侯，也不轻贫重富，因为他们都是祂亲手造的。

以色列人听见王这样断案，都敬畏他，因为他们知道他有上帝所赐的智慧，可以秉公执法。

云彩从会幕上离开的时候，米利暗身上患了麻风病，像雪一样白。亚伦见状，

因此，你和你的后代会永远沾染乃缦的麻风病。”基哈西离开以利沙时，患了麻风病，皮肤像雪一样白。

大卫统治全以色列，他秉公行义治理百姓。

乌西雅强盛后，便心高气傲，以致走向灭亡。他干犯他的上帝耶和华，擅自进入耶和华的殿在香坛上烧香。祭司亚撒利雅率领八十位耶和华勇敢的祭司跟着进殿，阻止乌西雅王，说：“乌西雅啊，给耶和华烧香不是你可以做的事，乃是承受圣职做祭司的亚伦子孙的事。离开圣所吧！你已干犯耶和华上帝，必不能从祂那里得荣耀。”手拿香炉要烧香的乌西雅大怒，正当他在耶和华殿里的香坛旁向众祭司发怒的时候，他额头上突然患了麻风病。亚撒利雅大祭司和众祭司见状，就催促他出殿，他急忙出去了，因为耶和华降灾给他。乌西雅王到死一直有麻风病。他被隔离在别的宫中，不得进耶和华的殿。他儿子约坦管理王室，治理国家。乌西雅其他的事迹，自始至终都是亚摩斯的儿子以赛亚先知记载的。乌西雅与祖先同眠后，葬在他祖坟附近、王室的坟场，因为他有麻风病。他儿子约坦继位。

上帝啊，求你将你的公正赐给王，将你的公义赐给王的儿子。

“遇到麻风病，你们要谨遵利未祭司的指示。你们要谨遵我对他们的吩咐。

城门口有四个麻风病人，他们商量说：“我们为什么坐在这里等死呢？

求你赐我智慧治理你的子民，并能辨别是非；不然，我又怎能治理你这众多的子民呢？”
