此后，我听见好像群众在天上大声说：“哈利路亚！救恩、荣耀、权能都属乎我们的神！他的判断是真实公义的；因他判断了那用淫行败坏世界的大淫妇，并且向淫妇讨流仆人血的罪，给他们伸冤。”又说：“哈利路亚！烧淫妇的烟往上冒，直到永永远远。”那二十四位长老与四活物就俯伏敬拜坐宝座的神，说：“阿们！哈利路亚！”有声音从宝座出来说：“神的众仆人哪，凡敬畏他的，无论大小，都要赞美我们的神！”我听见好像群众的声音，众水的声音，大雷的声音，说：“哈利路亚！因为主我们的神、全能者作王了。”我们要欢喜快乐，将荣耀归给他。因为，羔羊婚娶的时候到了；新妇也自己预备好了，

义人增多，民就喜乐；恶人掌权，民就叹息。

耶和华晓谕摩西说：“你要用银子做两枝号，都要锤出来的，用以招聚会众，并叫众营起行。吹这号的时候，全会众要到你那里，聚集在会幕门口。若单吹一枝，众首领，就是以色列军中的统领，要聚集到你那里。吹出大声的时候，东边安的营都要起行。二次吹出大声的时候，南边安的营都要起行。他们将起行，必吹出大声。但招聚会众的时候，你们要吹号，却不要吹出大声。亚伦子孙作祭司的要吹这号；这要作你们世世代代永远的定例。你们在自己的地，与欺压你们的敌人打仗，就要用号吹出大声，便在耶和华你们的神面前得蒙纪念，也蒙拯救脱离仇敌。在你们快乐的日子和节期，并月朔，献燔祭和平安祭，也要吹号，这都要在你们的神面前作为纪念。我是耶和华你们的神。”

他们就撕裂衣服，各人把驮子抬在驴上，回城去了。

祭司便将耶和华殿里所藏大卫王的枪和盾牌交给百夫长。护卫兵手中各拿兵器，在坛和殿那里，从殿右直到殿左，站在王子的四围。

流便回到坑边，见约瑟不在坑里，就撕裂衣服，

靠近他们的人以及以萨迦、西布伦、拿弗他利人将许多面饼、无花果饼、干葡萄、酒、油，用驴、骆驼、骡子、牛驮来，又带了许多的牛和羊来，因为以色列人甚是欢乐。

亚哈谢的母亲亚他利雅见她儿子死了，就起来剿灭王室。但约兰王的女儿，亚哈谢的妹子约示巴，将亚哈谢的儿子约阿施从那被杀的王子中偷出来，把他和他的乳母都藏在卧房里，躲避亚他利雅，免得被杀。

亚哈见了以利亚，便说：“使以色列遭灾的就是你吗？”以利亚说：“使以色列遭灾的不是我，乃是你和你父家；因为你们离弃耶和华的诫命，去随从巴力。
