由彼而往、遇哩甲子約拿撻、施禮既竟、問曰、我心與爾相合、不知爾心亦與我相合乎。約拿撻曰、無不相合。曰、合則與我攜手。遂攜手、賜之同車。

耶户从那里前行，恰遇利甲的儿子约拿达来迎接他，耶户问他安，对他说：“你诚心待我像我诚心待你吗？”约拿达回答说：“是。”耶户说：“若是这样，你向我伸手”，他就伸手；耶户拉他上车。

耶户从那里往前行，遇见利甲的儿子约拿达来迎接他，耶户向他问安，对他说：“你的心，像我的心待你的心那样正直吗？”约拿达说：“是。”耶户说：“若是这样，请你伸出手来。”他伸出手，耶户就拉他上车。

他又从那里往前行，看见利甲的儿子约拿达来迎接他。耶户向他请安，然后说：“你的心对我忠诚，就像我的心对你的心一样吗？”约拿达说：“是的。”耶户说：“如果是的话，伸出你的手来。”他伸出他的手，耶户就把他拉上他的战车。

After he left there, he came upon Jehonadab son of Rekab, who was on his way to meet him. Jehu greeted him and said,“ Are you in accord with me, as I am with you?”“ I am,” Jehonadab answered.“ If so,” said Jehu,“ give me your hand.” So he did, and Jehu helped him up into the chariot.

Jehu left there. On the way he met Jehonadab. He was the son of Rekab. Jehonadab was on his way to see Jehu. Jehu greeted him. He asked,“ Are you my friend? You know I’m your friend.”“ I am,” Jehonadab answered.“ If that’s true,” said Jehu,“ hold out your hand.” So he did. Then Jehu helped him up into the chariot.

And when he departed from there, he met Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him. And he greeted him and said to him,“ Is your heart true to my heart as mine is to yours?” And Jehonadab answered,“ It is.” Jehu said,“ If it is, give me your hand.” So he gave him his hand. And Jehu took him up with him into the chariot.

When Jehu left there, he met Jehonadab son of Recab, who was coming to meet him. After they had greeted each other, Jehu said to him,“ Are you as loyal to me as I am to you?”“ Yes, I am,” Jehonadab replied.“ If you are,” Jehu said,“ then give me your hand.” So Jehonadab put out his hand, and Jehu helped him into the chariot.

When he left there, he found Jehonadab son of Rechab coming to meet him. He greeted him and then asked,“ Is your heart one with mine?”“ It is,” Jehonadab replied. Jehu said,“ If it is, give me your hand.” So he gave him his hand, and Jehu pulled him up into the chariot with him.

Now when he had gone from there, he encountered Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him; and he greeted him and said to him,“ Is your heart right, just as my heart is with your heart?” And Jehonadab answered,“ It is.” Jehu said,“ If it is, give me your hand.” And he gave him his hand, and he pulled him up to him into the chariot.

Now when he departed from there, he met Jehonadab the son of Rechab, coming to meet him; and he greeted him and said to him,“ Is your heart right, as my heart is toward your heart?” And Jehonadab answered,“ It is.” Jehu said,“ If it is, give me your hand.” So he gave him his hand, and he took him up to him into the chariot.

And when he was departed thence, he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him; and he saluted him, and said to him, Is thy heart right, as my heart is with thy heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give me thy hand. And he gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.

When he left there, he found Jehonadab son of Rechab coming to meet him. He greeted him and then asked,“ Is your heart one with mine?”“ It is,” Jehonadab replied. Jehu said,“ If it is, give me your hand.” So he gave him his hand, and Jehu pulled him up into the chariot with him.

And when he was departed thence, he lighted on Jehonadab the son of Rechab[ coming] to meet him: and he saluted him, and said to him, Is thine heart right, as my heart[ is] with thy heart? And Jehonadab answered, It is. If it be, give[ me] thine hand. And he gave[ him] his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.

When he left there, he met Jehonadab, son of Rekab, who had been looking for him. Jehu greeted him and asked,“ Are you as committed to me as I am to you?” Jehonadab answered,“ I am!” Jehu replied,“ If so, give me your hand.” So he offered his hand and Jehu pulled him up into the chariot.

When he had departed from there, he met Jehonadab the son of Rechab coming to meet him. He greeted him, and said to him,“ Is your heart right, as my heart is with your heart?” Jehonadab answered,“ It is.”“ If it is, give me your hand.” He gave him his hand; and he took him up to him into the chariot.

哩甲子約拿撻、命其子孫、勿飲酒、子孫聽從、彼遵父命、迄今不飲、我誨爾曹、諄諄不已、惟爾不聽、我數遣僕先知、告爾云、當改爾惡行、革爾非心、勿崇事他上帝、則可於我賜爾祖及爾之地、安居無虞。然爾不傾耳以聽。哩甲子約拿撻之子孫、遵父遺命、斯民乃不聽從予、我萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、猶大家、耶路撒冷居民、我命之而彼不聽、我召之而彼不應、故我有言降以災患、臨於其身、終必若是。耶利米告哩甲家曰、萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、因爾遵父約拿撻之命、守其誡、聽其令、故哩甲子約拿撻必不乏人、侍我左右、歷世弗替。

皆執手為盟、許出其妻、既負罪戾、獻牡綿羊為贖罪祭、

居雅必者為士之家、及得喇、示米押、蘇押諸族。皆為哈抹所出之基尼人、哈抹即哩甲族之祖。

蓋王子於立約之後、不以盟誓為重、而爽其約、故不能免難。

兄弟乎、我願爾如我、如爾、爾始不虧我、

大闢出迓、告曰、如爾心懷平康、欲來助我、則我與爾和好。如欲欺我、付無辜於敵手、則望列祖之上帝、加以督責。武士之魁亞馬賽、為神所感、對曰、我欲歸耶西之子大闢、望上帝祐爾、願爾與助爾者俱獲平康。大闢接之、使為軍長。

曰、不有啟發、安能知之、遂請腓力登車同乘、

遇猶大王亞哈謝之戚屬、問曰、爾為誰。曰、我儕乃亞哈謝之戚屬、今往問安王子、及王后之子。

約瑟導父覲法老、雅各為法老祝嘏。

雅各再為法老祝嘏而退。○

彼三人素有名譽、為教之柱石、知主賜我斯恩、故施其右手、交我及巴拿巴、使我往教異邦人、而彼往教受割者、

拉班夙興、接吻子女、祝嘏而返。

約藍曰、備車。遂備車。以色列王約藍、猶大王亞哈謝、各乘車而出、至耶斯烈人拿泊之田、而遇耶戶。

卒食、耶穌謂西門彼得曰、約拿子西門、爾較斯眾、尤愛我乎、曰、然、主知我愛爾矣、曰、牧我羔、又曰、約拿子西門、爾愛我乎、曰、然、主知我愛爾矣、曰、牧我羊、則又曰、約拿子西門、爾愛我乎、彼得見三問愛我、憂曰、主無所不知、知我愛爾矣、耶穌曰牧我羊、

彼曰、我儕不飲、蓋我祖哩甲子約拿撻、禁予曰、爾及子孫、勿飲酒、歷世弗易。勿建屋、勿播種、勿栽葡萄園、據而有之、畢生居於帷幕、則在羈旅之地、可享遐齡。我祖哩甲子約拿撻所命、我與妻室子女、終身謹守、不敢嗜酒、不建屋以居、無葡萄園、無田疇、無百種、惟居帷幕、以遵我祖約拿撻之命。
