in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left;

We speak the truth. We serve in the power of God. We hold the weapons of godliness in the right hand and in the left.

We faithfully preach the truth. God’s power is working in us. We use the weapons of righteousness in the right hand for attack and the left hand for defense.

But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, For I have hoped in Your ordinances.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist.

God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?

For if in anything I have boasted to him about you, I am not ashamed. But as we spoke all things to you in truth, even so our boasting to Titus was found true.

But as God is faithful, our word to you was not Yes and No.For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us— by me, Silvanus, and Timothy— was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes.For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.

Length of days is in her right hand, In her left hand riches and honor.

For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, And was clad with zeal as a cloak.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty powerwhich He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,

but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you.

And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord.

But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.

And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.

if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus:

because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel,

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.
