那為我們安排這事的是神，他賜給我們聖靈作憑據。

为此，培植我们的就是神，他又赐给我们圣灵作凭据。

成全我以得此福者、即天主、又以聖神賜我為質、

夫天主之所以創造吾人者、正為此事；且已授吾人以聖神為其保證。

Now the one who has fashioned us for this very purpose is God, who has given us the Spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.

God has formed us for that very purpose. He has given us the Holy Spirit as a down payment. The Spirit makes us sure of what is still to come.

He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee.

God himself has prepared us for this, and as a guarantee he has given us his Holy Spirit.

Now the one who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us the Spirit as a down payment.

他在我們身上蓋了印，並賜聖靈在我們心裏作憑據。

不但如此，就是我們這有聖靈作初熟果子的，也是自己內心呻吟，等候得着兒子的名分，就是我們的身體得救贖。

在基督裏你們聽見真理的道，就是那使你們得救的福音，你們也信了他，就受了所應許的聖靈為印記。這聖靈是我們得基業的憑據，直等到神的子民得救贖，使他的榮耀得到稱讚。

不要使神的聖靈擔憂，你們原是受了他的印記，等候得救贖的日子來到。

他們到了以實各谷，從那裏砍下葡萄樹枝，上面有一掛葡萄，兩個人用槓抬着，又帶了一些石榴和無花果。以色列人從那裏砍下一掛葡萄，所以那地方就叫以實各谷。他們窺探那地四十天之後，就回來了。他們來到巴蘭曠野的加低斯，摩西、亞倫，以及以色列全會眾那裏，向他們和全會眾報告，又把那地的果子給他們看。他們告訴摩西說：「我們到了你派我們去的那地，果然是流奶與蜜之地；這就是那地的果子。

當他的兒女看見我的手在他們當中所成就的事情，他們就必尊我的名為聖，尊雅各的聖者為聖，他們必敬畏以色列的神。

為錫安悲哀的人，賜華冠代替灰燼，喜樂的油代替悲哀，讚美為衣代替憂傷的靈；稱他們為「公義樹」，是耶和華所栽植的，為要彰顯他的榮耀。

我們這短暫而輕微的苦楚要為我們成就極重、無比、永遠的榮耀。

你的居民全是義人，永遠得地為業；他們是我栽的苗，是我手的工作，為了彰顯我的榮耀。

我們是他所造之物，在基督耶穌裏創造的，為要使我們行善，就是神早已預備好要我們做的。
