From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him thus no longer.

所以，我们从今以后，不凭着外貌认人了。虽然凭着外貌认过基督，如今却不再这样认他了。

所以，从今以后，我们不再按照人的看法来认识人，纵使我们曾经按照人的看法认识基督，如今却不再这样认识他了。

从今以后，我们不再以貌取人了，虽然我们曾这样看待基督，现在却不再这样看待祂了。

今而後我儕不以貌識人、雖曾以貌識基督、今不復如此識之、

此後吾不以貌視人、雖曾以貌視基督、今不復如此視之、

故此後我不以外貌認人、雖曾以外貌認基督、今後不復如此認之、

是故自今而後、吾人不復以俗眼視人矣；雖亦曾以俗眼視基督、今則不復然矣。

So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

So from now on we don’t look at anyone the way the world does. At one time we looked at Christ in that way. But we don’t anymore.

So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now!

From now on, then, we do not know anyone from a worldly perspective. Even if we have known Christ from a worldly perspective, yet now we no longer know him in this way.

Therefore from now on we recognize no one by the flesh; even though we have known Christ by the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer.

Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer.

Wherefore we henceforth know no man after the flesh: even though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.

From now on, then, we do not know anyone in a purely human way. Even if we have known Christ in a purely human way, yet now we no longer know Him in this way.

Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we[ him] no more.

So then from now on we acknowledge no one from an outward human point of view. Even though we have known Christ from such a human point of view, now we do not know him in that way any longer.

Therefore we know no one after the flesh from now on. Even though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.

But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ.Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.

Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love.

My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory.For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly, and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in,and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say,“ You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man,“ You stand over there,” or,“ Sit down at my feet,”have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?

You are my friends if you do what I command you.

But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.

And his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside they sent to him and called him.And a crowd was sitting around him, and they said to him,“ Your mother and your brothers are outside, seeking you.”And he answered them,“ Who are my mother and my brothers?”And looking about at those who sat around him, he said,“ Here are my mother and my brothers!For whoever does the will of God, he is my brother and sister and mother.”

who said of his father and mother,‘ I regard them not’; he disowned his brothers and ignored his children. For they observed your word and kept your covenant.

Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Why then do you scorn my sacrifices and my offerings that I commanded for my dwelling, and honor your sons above me by fattening yourselves on the choicest parts of every offering of my people Israel?’

In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of the elect angels I charge you to keep these rules without prejudging, doing nothing from partiality.Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, nor take part in the sins of others; keep yourself pure.

to them we did not yield in submission even for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might be preserved for you.And from those who seemed to be influential( what they were makes no difference to me; God shows no partiality)— those, I say, who seemed influential added nothing to me.

But he replied to the man who told him,“ Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?”And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said,“ Here are my mother and my brothers!For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”

Since many boast according to the flesh, I too will boast.

And Jesus said to her,“ Woman, what does this have to do with me? My hour has not yet come.”
