So we don’t spend all our time looking at what we can see. Instead, we look at what we can’t see. That’s because what can be seen lasts only a short time. But what can’t be seen will last forever.

因为我们行事为人是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见。

我们得救是在于盼望；可是看得见的盼望就不是盼望。谁还去盼望他所看得见的呢？但我们若盼望那看不见的，我们就耐心等候。

信就是对所盼望之事有把握，对未见之事有确据。

这些人都是存着信心死的，并没有得着所应许的，却从远处观望，且欢喜迎接。他们承认自己在地上是客旅，是寄居的。

因为凡世界上的东西，好比肉体的情欲、眼目的情欲和今生的骄傲，都不是从父来的，而是从世界来的。这世界和世上的情欲都要消逝，惟独那遵行上帝旨意的人永远常存。

基督所应许我们的就是永生。

他宁可和上帝的百姓一同受苦，也不愿在罪中享受片刻的欢乐。他把为弥赛亚受凌辱看得比埃及的财物更宝贵，因为他想望所要得的赏赐。因着信，他离开埃及，不怕王的愤怒，因为他恒心忍耐，如同看见那不能看见的上帝。

仰望我们信心的创始成终者耶稣，他因那摆在前面的喜乐，轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦难，如今已坐在上帝宝座的右边。你们要仔细想想这位忍受了罪人如此顶撞的耶稣，你们就不致心灰意懒了。

这些人要往永刑里去；那些义人要往永生里去。”

愿我们主耶稣基督自己，和那爱我们、开恩将永远的安慰及美好的盼望赐给我们的父上帝，

赎罪祭牲的脂肪要烧在坛上。那放走山羊归给阿撒泻勒的人要洗衣服，用水洗身，然后才可以回到营里。
