我們眾人、臉上既是揭去了帕子，就如同鏡子返照主的榮光，都變了形質，成為同一的像，榮上加榮，正是從主、就是靈、變化成的。

我眾面不蒙帕、如由鏡得觀主榮、亦必化為此像、由榮而愈榮、即由主之神而化也、

吾人以無帕之面、睟然反映主之光輝、榮上增榮、漸與所映者融為一象；此則主之聖神之妙工也。

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever- increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

None of our faces are covered with a veil. All of us can see the Lord’s glory and think deeply about it. So we are being changed to become more like him so that we have more and more glory. And this glory comes from the Lord, who is the Holy Spirit.

And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.

So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord— who is the Spirit— makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.

因為那吩咐『光當從暗中照出來』的上帝照澈了我們心裏，使我們在耶穌基督臉上接受了上帝之榮耀之認識之光照。

你們乃是要脫去那依故態而起居的舊人、順着誘惑人之私慾而漸漸敗壞的舊人，讓你們心思之靈質上重化為新造的、而穿上新人，那依上帝之聖質形像而被創造的新人，創造於真實中之正義和虔聖的。

別和今世同形狀了，乃要以心思之更新而變了形質，使你們能察驗甚麼是上帝的旨意，甚麼是那美善的、可喜歡的、純全的事。

在他們、今世的神已把不信之人的心意弄瞎了，以致基督（上帝的像）榮耀之福音之光照不能發曉於他們心裏。

我們現在對着鏡子觀看、在猜謎中；到那時就面對面了。我現在一點一點地認識；到那時就完全認識，如同完全被認識一樣。

因為他所豫知的人、他也豫定他們和他兒子的像同質，使他在許多弟兄中作首生者；

我們既帶了屬土的像，也就必帶着屬天的像。

所以人若在基督裏，他就是新創造的人：舊生活已經過去，新生活開始了！

正因為這個緣故、你們這方面也要供出十二分的熱切來：要在你們的信心上加以供應美德，在美德上加以供應知識，在知識上加以供應節制，在節制上加以供應堅忍，在堅忍上加以供應虔敬，在虔敬上加以供應弟兄們之相愛，在弟兄們之相愛上加以供應愛全人類的心。因為你們若有這幾樣、並且增多着，就會使你們在認識我們的主耶穌基督上、不至於無能而不結果子了。誰若沒有這幾樣，誰就是瞎眼近視，忘了他往日的罪已得了潔淨。

『父啊，你所給了我的、願我在哪裏，他們也同我在哪裏，使他們瞻仰我的榮耀、就是你所給了我的，因為世界創立以前，你已經愛了我。

而穿上了新造的人，按創造他者的像漸被更新、以至於有真認識的。

道成了肉身，住在我們中間（我們見過他的榮光，正是個獨生者由父而來的榮光），豐豐滿滿地有恩典有「真實」。（

因為人若只是聽道、而不實行，就像一個人用鏡子察看自己生來的面貌。

因為肉體的意念跟上帝為敵，不順服於上帝之律法，也實在不能順服：

他救了我們，不是由於我們所行的有甚麼本於義的行為，乃是按照他的憐憫，藉着再生之洗和聖靈之更新力。

使律法上所要求的義行、在我們這不順着肉體、而順着靈行的人身上得到完成。

總要穿上主耶穌基督為軍裝；別為肉體籌謀、去放縱私慾了。

以賽亞說了這些話，是因為他看見主的榮耀，而指着主來說的。）

受割禮算不了甚麼，沒受割禮也算不了甚麼，惟獨新創造的人最要緊。

照那當被祝頌的上帝之榮耀之福音、曾經託付於我而宣傳的。
