今我第三次欲就爾、仍必不累爾、因我所求者、爾也、非爾所有也、子不為父積財、乃父為子積財焉、

爾等其注意、我欲第三次就爾、仍不擬增爾負擔。蓋吾所求者爾也、非爾之所有也。且兒女本無積財與父母之義務、惟父母對於兒女則有此義務耳。

as you know how we exhorted, and comforted, and charged every one of you, as a father does his own children,

For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?For you are our glory and joy.
