我感謝神，我說殊言比你們所有人都多；

即使我在言語上沒有技巧，但在知識上並不是這樣。其實我們在各個方面、在所有的事上都已經向你們顯明了這一點。

耶穌對他說：「你們如果沒有看見神蹟和奇事，你們就絕不會信！」

反而在一切事上都證明自己是神的僕人：在極大的忍耐中，在各種患難、艱難、困苦中，在鞭打、監禁、混亂中，在勞苦、失眠、飢餓中，在純潔、知識、耐心、仁慈中，藉著聖靈，在不虛假的愛中，在真理的話語中，在神的大能中，藉著右手左手的公義兵器，藉著榮耀和羞辱，藉著壞名聲和好名聲；像是迷惑人的，卻是真誠的；像是人所不知的，卻是人所共知的；像是快要死的，可是看哪，我們是活著的；像是受懲罰的，卻是不被治死；像是憂傷的，卻總是快樂；像是貧窮的，卻使許多人富足；像是一無所有，卻是樣樣都有。

我不是自由的嗎？我不是使徒嗎？我不是看到我們的主耶穌嗎？你們不是我在主裡的工作嗎？即使我對別人不是使徒，但至少對你們還是使徒，因為你們是我在主裡做使徒的印證。

使你們在基督裡凡事都得以富足——在一切話語上、一切知識上——正如有關基督的見證在你們中間得以確立，以致你們在任何恩賜上都不缺乏，熱切等待著我們主耶穌基督的顯現。
