As surely as the truth of Christ is in me, nobody in the regions of Achaia will stop this boasting of mine.

Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!For if I do this voluntarily, I have a reward. But if I do it unwillingly, I am entrusted with a responsibility.What then is my reward? That when I preach the gospel I may offer the gospel free of charge, and so not make full use of my rights in the gospel.

And what I am doing I will continue to do, so that I may eliminate any opportunity for those who want a chance to be regarded as our equals in the things they boast about.

The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, who is blessed forever, knows I am not lying.
